/WUE/MM_MRP_ANALYSIS2
This program provides different type of information to execute, mainly exception messages and
SAP forecast. To run type /WUE/MM_MRP_ANALYSIS2 in SA38 and execute the program

Variant *3758*

Material Data
Plant - Select the plant(s) you wish to review- this field is mandatory
Material Number - You can select the material(s) as well or leave blank to run wide open
MRP Controller – Selects Purchasing Group – you can leave blank to run wide open
Plant-sp.matl status – selects material plant status (01-09) – leave blank to run wide open MRP
Data
Planned MRP dates – select the MRP dates or leave blank to run wide open
MRP element – here you will select the MRP element to run if we are looking to obtain MRP
information – the ones we use most frequently are BA – Purchasing Requisition, BB – Subcon
Reqs, VC – Open Sales orders. For Forecasting Purposes, we use PP – Planned independent
requirement (Forecast through Promo cockpit or CPSG) and PR – Forecast requirement (SAP
generated Forecast)
MRP exception message number – if we wish to run exceptions messages instead of MRP demand
we can select that here –
The most commonly used report for the Customer Forecasting team will be SAP forecasting.
We need to select our plant(s) and make sure we select PP-PR in the MRP element option
Click execute the Results show the Plant/Material/Planned dates/MRP Elements/MRP
profile/MRPController/Required Quantity/ Stock/Pfep/Currency/unit/MRP
number/MRPNo.(Promotion name)
To export to SAP click on Export and select Spreadsheet
