BEAR COASTERS

MATERIALS • Small amounts of yarn of your preference


• Hook one size down than recommended for your yarn
• Yarn needle
• Scissors

STITCHES USED • Chain: ch


• Slip Stitch: slst
• Double Crochet: dc
• Space: sp
• Stitch: st
• Skip: sk

PATTERN COASTER
Round 1: Ch 4 (ch 3 count as dc), in 4th ch from hook work 12 dc. Join with
slst to 3rd ch. (13)

Round 2: ch 2 (count as dc), dc in same sp, 2 dc in each st around. Join


with slst to 2nd ch. (26)

Round 3: ch 2, 2 dc in next st, *dc in next st, 2 dc in next st* repeat


between * all around. Join with slst to 2nd ch. (39)

Round 4: ch 1 (does not count as st), sk 1st 3 st, 8 dc in next st, sk next 2 st,
slst in next 6 st, sk next 2 st, 8 dc in next st, sk next 2 st, slst in next 26 st.
Join with slst to 1st dc. (16 dc + 32 slst)

Fasten off and wave in ends.
