- Mob to Labuan from KLIA

- Mob to MV Armada Firman 2 from Jetty Tangga Besi at 08:00hrs
- Return back to Jetty Tangga Besi due to MV Armada Firman 2 long
side to Jetty for offloading cargo
- Mob again to MV Armada Firman 2 from Jetty Tangga Besi at
09:50hrs. Arrived at 10:00hrs
- Reporting to Captain and Chief Engineer on attending job
- Standby due to crane busy offloading cargo off board till 12:00hrs
- Monitor load reading during lifting activities using main hook block
and aux hook block. No abnormal condition were found
- Standby due to MV Armada Firman 2 long side to anchorage area
at 13:00hrs
- Record Robway RCI-4100IS calibration data
- Perform stall brake test for luff band brake and luff disc brake. All
brake in good condition. Pressure gauge reading as per crane
specification. Luff ratchet working in good condition
- During dismantle luff limit switch cover, found that the limit switch
were loosen from it basement. Found that the screw attached the
limit switch were missing. Plan to check spare screw on board.
Temporary attached back the luff limit switch on its bracket slot

- Setting luff out limit motion cut off and alarm at angle 17.0 degree
- Setting aux hoist limit motion cut off and alarm
- Setting main hoist limit motion cut off and alarm. Unable to set
main hoist up limit. In-progress troubleshoot the wiring
- Boom rest the boom and housekeeping work area at 18:00 hrs
- Prepared reporting. Job done at 20:00 hrs

1. Troubleshoot main hoist up limit motion cut off problem
(motion not cut)
2. Set luff in motion cut off and alarm
3. Install back screw on luff limit switch
4. Waiting for water bag and shackle (approximately arrived on
board on 01.01.2020 as per info from client)
