TERMS & CONDITIONS
Measurements mentioned above are approximate values for estimation. Final bill is based on
measurements taken after coating
Price validity lasts for 30 days from the date of quotation
Payment terms: 50% after commencement of work, 40% before completion of work, 10% after
completion of work
The working procedure and quotation are provided on a cost per square feet basis. The final bill will be
based on the actual measurements of the area coated by DrLeakage. Any balance materials that are not
used during the work will be taken back by DrLeakage and will not be provided to the customer
The customer should be aware of the color of the topcoat that they choose for their roof. Different
colors have different cooling properties and may affect the temperature of the building. DrLeakage will not
be liable for any difference in the cooling effect that may result from the customer’s choice of color.
Once the quoted price is approved, negotiation after completion of job cannot be entertained
Warranty card will be issued only upon receiving full payment
In the event of rain during the application process, where the coated material are washed away before
they are cured, the company will bear the full cost of replacing the coating and will not charge the
customers any extra fees
Power & Water supply shall be provided by the customer
Additional work rather than the quoted area will cost extra
IMPORTANT WARRANTY NORMS
Puncturing of cured membrane due to sharp objects, movements of heavy articles, fixing of
Antenna or other structures on the terrace, any physical damage or abuse to the coated floor will not be
considered for warranty claim
However, in case of any physical damage made by the customer during the warranty period, patchworks
can be done to repair the damages upon extra cost depending on the type of repair
Warranty is applicable only when the entire terrace along with parapet wall needs to be enveloped as
recommended
Only the surface immediately underneath the terrace or the top floor of the building, as the case may be,
shall be covered under warranty. The warranty shall not cover the areas where the water seeps from
surfaces that are NOT coated
The Warranty shall be for a period of either 5/10/15 years on terrace waterproofing, where any claim
arises during the warranty period, the period will not start afresh after settlement of the claim
Incase of coatings applied with manually mixed pigments, the warranty shall be provided only for the
performance of the chemical and not for the pigment, hence discoloration / fading off of the color cannot
be claimed under warranty
