Amlog is a Supply Chain Management company with offices throughout Latin
America that oversees international supply chain operations for several Forbes

continent.
The company differentiates itself from its (sometimes larger in scale)
competitors by providing boutique, specialized 4PL Supply Chain
Management. The customizable, quality and data driven nature of its services,
technology, and engaged teams have allowed the company to secure
contracts with top multinationals and compete with the market's biggest
players for as many as 25 years.
Throughout the years, I founded and then drove the company's growth from its
very beginning, managing the challenges and requirements that come with the
increased business scale and regional expansion. To focus on Moova I first
delegated all management functions for the past two years, and finally I left the
company entirely.

Latin America's incipient eCommerce markets. As CEO and founder, I was
mainly in charge of investor's relations (was the core negotiator during all
funding rounds), press releases (handled over 100 press releases in the US
including CNN, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and throughout Latin America's
main media services) and I was in charge of the company's growth strategy.
netEnvios raised u$d 5.5M with Citibank, Merrill Lynch and Explorador Fund
(Silicon Valley), rolled out in 6 countries (Latin America + US) and became the
first regional delivery solution for MercadoLibre

factories and offices across the globe. As logistics manager, I was responsible
for handling the company's Supply Chain, procurement, transportation

I was named Latin America's fastest growing talent during my almost two
years managing the company's logistics, some of my main achievements in
the company included: obtaining a 60% saving on international freight costs,
reaching a 20% saving in production stock delivery times, procuring a 25%
better usage of trucking capacity and attaining a 35% saving on stock delivery
costs all through creative and iterative analysis, planning and negotiation.

Precision Global is a multinational valves/pumps manufacturing company
with production facilities in 15 countries and 1500 FTEs. I started at Precision
Global as a logistics analyst and was promoted a year later to international
commerce supervisor (2 direct reports).
I was mainly in charge of overseeing the international Supply Chain from
and to Argentina, creating numerous reports, local pricing and coordinating
the daily work of 2 FTEs. Among my main achievements I implemented new
(standardized) processes for the area, achieved (and improved) all exports/
imports lead time goals, transformed the department's mindset towards an
internal services center and saved substantial costs through the introduction
of several audit scorecards (choosing and implementing specific KPIs for the
department).
