Gentlemen:
The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) is inviting you to participate as
one of the bidders for the subject reference project.
Please acknowledge receipt of this Invitation Letter to Bid by confirming your intent/regret to
participate thru MS Form or by sending your intent/regret confirmation thru email at
procurement@[Link] and adtalusan@[Link].
NOTE: For vendors who can't participate, please state the reasons why you are declining to
participate and if you still wish to be invited in NGCP's future requirements. Failure to
acknowledge the invitation may result to removal of the name of such recipient from the
NGCP’s Accredited Vendors list for the type of goods covered by this ILTB.
The proposal shall be in accordance with the requirement/s of the Bidding Documents. Access
to bidding documents, bid bulletins and/or amendments shall be issued to your
company's registered/authorized email addresses upon your confirmation of intent to
participate. Kindly signify your intent or regret to join thru the following link: CONFIRMATION
OF INTENT/REGRET. Bids offered must be the best proposal and any unsolicited discount
shall not be accepted.
The schedule of procurement activities are as follows:
Via video conference. Bid Bulletin No. 1 containing matters discussed in pre-
bid shall be issued to all participating bidders. Queries or requests for
Pre-Bid 13-May-2024 clarification shall be thru email. NGCP official response shall be thru Bid
Conference 02:00 PM Bulletin or Amendment (Kindly contact/email Buyer-In-Charge for the
meeting invitation link)

Deadline for Via electronic documents (to be submitted/uploaded in e-Bidding
20-May-2024 SharePoint). A bid submitted without Bid Security (if applicable) shall be
Submission considered as NON-COMPLYING and shall NOT be considered for
05:00 PM
of Bids evaluation.

Failure to adhere to the requirements of the ILTB may be grounds for disqualification of the
Bidder.
Bid proposals must be submitted through the e-Bidding SharePoint on or before the
specified due date and time. Bids submitted outside the e-Bidding SharePoint (manually, via
email or other means) and/or submitted beyond the deadline for Bid Submission shall be
rejected and not be considered for NGCP's evaluation.
