Certificate, Equivalency Certificate (in case of foreign degree / O-Level / A-Level) and
Experience Certificates (if any). (In case of failure, you will not be allowed to appear for
written test)
02 x Print-out of this Call Letter (01 x Stapled on Top of Documents Photocopies) will be
collected in Test Center before start of written test. (Entry will be restricted without Call
Letter)
2 x recent photographs (Passport Size) and 2 x copies of CNIC (Un-Attested)
NOC in case of Govt. / Semi Govt. employee, otherwise you will not be entertained.
01 x clipboard & 01 x black marker / pointer.
General Instructions:
Do not bring MOBILE / CELL PHONE / LAPTOP / ELECTRONIC DEVICES with you.
Your eligibility is subject to scrutiny / verification of original academic / experience
certificates.
To avoid any inconvenience, please reach the venue well before time.
Every candidate must bring his / her drinking water bottle.
Entry in Test Center is subject to compliance of aforesaid instructions.
