Here’s the thing:
He was lynched of the coast of Somalia by the US navy
He was a fisherman
He was 16years old at the time
The Americans didn’t know his age & tried him as an adult
He is an illiterate
He was denied legal representative
He was denied a translator
He spent 18 hours a day in solidarity
The injury on his wrist was self-inflicted
He attempted suicide a few times – in hopelessness
He was found guilty of piracy, holding Captain Phillips as hostage for 5
days in 2009

Being lynched and thrown into a society you know nothing about.
The language barrier, the culture, the legal system, the people, the news
reporters, Hollywood and all the time alone.

Born to a Christian family, he accepted Islam at the tender age of 16.
He studied in Saudia Arabia and other Islamic Varsity’s
He lectured extensively in the UK which was attended by more than 500 attendees.
His Jumah lectures would attract sometimes up to 1000 worshippers.
After expulsion for hate speech, in the UK, he travelled throughout Africa.
Settled back in Trinidad, his audio sermons would reach thousands in America & Europe.
The command of the English language and the extensive knowledge on all areas of Islam he
became an influential speaker followed by tens of thousands.
The American authorities sited a major problem with this preacher and attempted to remove all his
audio recordings from the net.
As soon as a couple of his sermons where deleted, his students would upload twice as many. This
posed a great threat to the West.
A strategy was used by the Kufaar- Give him a FREE full tour of western countries including
accommodation, travel and lecture schedules at all Universities in the UK and USA on condition
that he preaches a watered - down version of Islam, whereby he omits from his lectures; Jihad,
Homosexuality, Taghoot & Oppression.
He would later become famous for the statement
“Their visa can go to hell, I would Not apostate from Islam”.
Diplomatic talks with the Jamaican government the Shaykh would be handed over to the US to
stand trial in the US. He was convicted of promoting terrorism and an ardent supporter of the
Khalifah and was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment of which 23 hours a day was spent in solitary
confinement.
An American Muslim sponsored an awareness programme amongst the Jamaicans that a citizen of
theirs was in confinement in the US. A radio station in Jamica took hold of the story and promoted it
amongst the locals.
Jamaicans took to the streets which put pressure on the Jamaican gov.
More diplomatic talks and Sh Faisal was extradited to Jamaica after serving 3 years in the US.
Some of Conditions by the 2 governments agreement was that he would retire from preaching. No
lessons to students. No exposure to the web.
He was extradited to the US for a 2nd charge on promoting Jihad
He was convicted and sentenced to 18years, held at a high security prison in New York.
His current status- It is reported that he is on his last. He is extremely ill.
Reliable source indicates that visiting Sh Faisal in prison, means a scrutiny of you and your family,
and this may take several weeks or months.
Even in his last breaths, these kuffar are so scared of Sh.Faisal’s influence
May the Almighty Allah hasten his release, preserve his teachings and grant him Jannah.
