POSITION PAPER

POSITION PAPER – FOCUSES ON ONE ISSUE; the author must take a stand.

The requirement of one’s final position paper is to post one’s position thesis online. It must be
read and seen by an audience.

You need an argumentative thesis in a position paper. Your topic sentence should be
something your readers either accept or not.

In a position paper, it is important to write statements that the audience will accept or not.
