Experience with Boolean search techniques.
In my research, Boolean search can help to limit search results. Besides, when these
methods are used, it is also important to note that problems are related to them when used. One
of the problems was how to strike the correct chord to obtain desired outcomes by using the right
mixture of keywords and operators. My search returned nothing, and I had to reconsider it from
scratch by employing synonyms or broader expressions. However, whenever I faced so much
data and too many items, I had to do a more detailed search to determine the most crucial or
pertinent data. If I desired a narrowly defined result, I should have used more excellent precision
words or terms for searching. Friends, colleagues' input, and online participation are constructive
during these circumstances (Aliyu, 2017). I obtained practical recommendations regarding
related databases and suggested ways of extracting meaningful information from a pool of search
results that required improving the accuracy of my Boolean search. The learner must learn by
doing and get feedback using Boolean search strategies to gain helpful information.
