Once the maintenance work is over, the control panel is to be put back into the guiding section. 84.2. Controller in the control cabinet ‘The controller can also be fitted into a control cabinet which is optionally available. ‘An additional mains switch must be installed in the machine room ifthe control panel cannot be seen from it. 6.2. Installation of the shaft wiring ‘The floor junction boxes are to be fited at the floors in keeping with the lit drawing, ‘Afioor junction box is part of each floor. ‘The boxes are equipped at the floors in keeping withthe actual appliances and are marked from X1 to X27. Box X1 is at the lowest floor and Box X27 at the uppermost. Boxes X2 ~ XS - if present - are assigned to the middle floors. The floor junction box contains the PL625 safety circuit printed circuit board and the PL621 control printed ciroult board ‘The floor junction boxes are connected by the control and safety cables. To this fend, the cables are installed through the comer rod of the shaft structure and secured with clamps. The circuit and wiring drawings form the besie for the electrical installation of the floor junction boxes and equipment on the floors. The equipment cables at he floors are directed into the floor junction boxes and linked via connectors with the appropriate PLE21 / PLE25 printed circuit boards, The equipment connecting cables are installed at the shaft structure belts and secured with cable bands. 6 Connection and Setting _ ml BKG 5.3. Floor switch To relieve tension, the cables are to be fixed with cable bands atthe flor junction boxes. The cable bands are to be pulled through the ports at the side ofthe floor junction boxes and the cables fixed to them, ‘Caution - Damage to cables! The cables are to be installed well away from the car, counterweight, door locks ‘and other moving components. During installation the bending radii are to be adhered to. Any pronounced kinks in the cables are to be avoided. Bending radius = 4 x cable diameter. Pointer The lft drawing specifies where the floor junction box is located. All cable lengths have been calculated for this arrangement. Any other arrangement of the shaft installation might result in the calculated cable lengths being no longer adequate. ‘The car position is recorded by the floor switches. A floor switch is assigned to ‘each floor. Bi-stable solenoid-operated switches are used. The solenoid-operated switches are proximity-connected via 2 actuating magnets. Switching is done as a function of poling and direction, Its vital that the following points are followed when undertaking installation: ‘+ The solenoid-operated magnet is to be filed so that the connecting cable fhangs down, ‘+ Note the positions of the actuating magnets! Red magnet at the top, green ‘magnet below. ‘+ Actuating magnet and solencia-operating switch are not to be over 10mm apart. ‘© With the lit stopped, the solenoid-operating switch is located between the red and green actuating magnets. 6.3.1 Lifte with 2 stope ‘The solenoid-operated switches are set at 50%b capacity. ‘Select the actuating magnet spacing so that the solenold-operated switch is ‘between the red and green actuating magnet once the lft stops. ‘The solenoid-operated switches are now to be moved on the holding devices £0 that the lif stops flush with the floors, 5.3.2 Lifts with 3 to 6 stops 6 ‘The solenoid-operated switches are set at S0%D capacity. ‘Adjustment work is begun at one of the middle floors. Select the actuating magnet spacing so that the lit stops between the red and green actuating magnets, ‘The spacing ofthe actuating magnets is now reduced tothe extent thatthe lit stops at the same position whether going down or going up. In going down, the it stops when the green actuating magnet is reached, n going up, the ft stops when the red actuating magnets reached. > Connection and Setting ‘Only now are the solenoid-operated switches at the floors to be moved on the holding devices fo the extent that the lit stops flush with them. Pointer ‘To improve the arriving precision of (0.1 m/s lis, two solenoid-operated switches ‘are connected in parallel in the middio floors. The solencid-operated switches are ‘operated via 2 separate magnetic tracks. 5.4 Mounting the trailing cable — ‘The trailing cable contacts the car electrical equipment with the contro ‘There is a mounting bracket under the car for fastening the trailing cable. The trailing cable is directed into the car junction box and secured with cable bands. Halfway up the shaft, the traling cable with its holder is fastened to a shaft structure belt and then run all the way to the controll. ‘The tailing cable is electrically instaled on the basis of the circuit and wiring plans. ‘Caution ~ Damage to the trailing cable! ‘The trailing cable must be twist-free and hang well away from the structure in the shaft ‘With the car in the end positions, the traling cable is to hang freely. It must not be Under tension or lie on the bottom of the shaft pit ‘The bending radius of the trailing cable is to be adhered to. Fuses are only to be replaced by those of the same type! ‘On no account are the fuses to be bridged! Incorrect or bridged fuses could cause considerable damage to the controller. ‘The connection voltage is monitored as to phase sequence and phase outage. Given a correct phase sequence, the relay contact closes and the appropriate LED lights up. “The fact ofthe LED not lighting up points to ether the lack of a phase or the need {or the input rotating feld atthe L1, L2 and L terminals to be replaced. ‘A matfunctioning connection voltage results in an interruption to the safely circut and, as such, the lt cannot be used. ‘As soon as the malfunctioning is put right, the malfunction indicators are automatically deleted and use of the lft can be resumed BKG Status Indicators 7.16 Fault search Fault description [Possible reason | Moasures for fault 1] Fauit notification: | The door contact | Adjust door contacts / door lock Safety circu interrupts the interrupted during the | safety circult given travel the attempt to open the locked landing door. ‘STATUS INDICATOR 1 The lock contact | Adjust roller levers of the door interrupts the | locks.
