leader in manufacturing of high precision INJECTOR & FUEL FEED PUMP. Ours customers are Hero Moto
Corp. Ltd. Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Ltd., TVS, Bajaj, Piaggio.

JOB RESPOSONSIBILITY
Sr. Engineer as Quality Assurance, Since: Feb 2019 to (till date)

 Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections of products to ensure quality and reliability.


 Identify and report defects, non-conformities, or areas for improvement.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
 Develop and maintain inspection procedures, checklists, and documentation.
 Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
 Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
 Provide technical support and training to production staff.
 Ensure accurate and timely documentation of inspection results and records.
 Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for defects.
 Responsible for contamination analysis through KEYENCE Microscope, SEM-Scanning Electron
microscope, FTIR-Fourier transform infrared.

 Responsible for PPAP documentation of preparation of new products development (Quality


documents like PFD, PFMEA, CONTROL PLAN) etc.

 Responsible for SPC & MSA, In- process inspection as per system.
 Keeping proper communication with customer regarding quality and new product development.
 Responsible for Horizontal deployment of any problem occurred in overseas plant.
 Preparing Inspection Standard Check Points and their documentation for new development parts &
suitable inspection methods for components and provide training to subordinates.
 Involvement of improvement activities like Cost saving Q.C.D Material & Process productivity
improvements.
 Problem Solving Approach- Root cause analysis, Cause Validation, Countermeasure
validation, CAPA,8D QA Matrix, Kako Tora (Past Trouble)
 Responsible for daily, weekly & monthly activity data preparation.
 Responsible for Training provide to operators for understanding of Quality problem, Customer
complaint, responsible for Rejection analysis and take counter measure action.
 Responsible machine quality verification during different new line setups and doing the same
during any layout change, machine specification change.

F.C.C CLUTCH INDIA PVT. LTD. As Japan group of Company is one of the leading Clutch manufacturers
in India. It is one of the major suppliers of clutch assemblies.

 Responsible for Pre-Dispatch Inspection timely & ensure the product
 Daily monitoring & analysis of Rejection levels at different stages.
 Monitoring Line Inspection & Final Inspection in process.

group) manufacturing of “Column Electric Power Steering.

 First part setup inspection, layout inspection & Pre-Dispatch inspection.
 Responsible for doing SPC Online process.
 Contamination check of product, fixture & fluid (Millipore Testing).

 Good knowledge of Assembly, CNC Machining, press shop, Die Casting, welding & Heat Treatment.

 Certified internal auditor IATF 16949:2016 Standard Audit,

 Implementation of Poka-Yoke as line, 5’S approach, Kaizen activity.

 Knowledge of Inspection CMM, Gear Tester, Profile projector, Roundness Tester, Roughness Tester
& Contour Tester, C-EPS Test Bench, bevel protector, Vernier Caliper & Micrometer etc.

 Material Testing on SEM & FTIR (Metal and Non-Metal).
