How to Use These Exercises
First you need to watch my video on how to create an energy
ball which explains:
1. What an energy ball is and why you should use one
2. Step-by-step how to create an energy ball
At the end of this guide, find my recipe for some delicious
energy balls that you can eat!
Let's get started!
EXERCISE 1 :
Energy Ball Scan
For this exercise you’ll use your energy ball to trace your
body as if scanning for any “pings”.
A ping will be a subtle change in the energy ball. You may
notice a difference in temperature, weight of your ball, or
a subtle intuitive message.
You can be standing or sitting for this exercise. Take your
cleansing breath as you relax your shoulders.
Create your energy ball
When you feel you have a vibrant ball, condense it to the
size of a small melon (or just larger than a grapefruit).
While holding your ball you’ll begin scanning your body
beginning on the left side at your left foot.
Continue all the way up your left side over your head and
then moving down the right side of your body. Be sure not
to drop your ball.

As you move your ball observe any shifts or changes.
You may notice a subtle shift as you pass over chakras
(see page 11 for more information on chakras) or past
injuries.
The feeling on the left may be different than the feeling
on the right. There may also be a difference on the front
side of you, versus the back side of you.
Pay attention to the reaction of your energy ball.
Complete by adding the label “LOVE” and place into your
heart.

EXERCISE 2 :
COLORTHERAPY
This exercise will see what you experience when you add
different colors into your ball.
Relax your shoulders, take a cleansing breath and relax.
Create your energy ball
Begin envisioning a clear opalescent energy ball.
Add gold into your ball and notice any energetic shifts
within your ball or yourself. Then return your ball to the
neutral, clear color.
Begin adding colors from the rainbow. Adding each one,
one at a time, imagining that your ball is cleansed after
each color. Observe any emotional or physical shifts as
well as any subtle differences that you intuitively feel.
Document these experiences on the following page.

EXERCISE 3 :
share your ball
In this exercise you’ll offer the beautiful vibration of your
energy ball to another… a partner, friend, child, pet or even
a plant!
Begin by setting your intention and relaxing your
shoulders as you take a cleansing breath.
Create your energy ball
Once your ball feels vibrant and positively charged, begin
adding positive and encouraging words in your ball. My
favorites are adding "love", "well-being" and "gratitude".
It helps to think of them written down on sticky notes or
labels.

Place the ball into your pet or partner! (Whoever you want
to share these positive and loving vibes with)
Bring your empty hands into a praying position at your
heart while saying, “thank you.”
What was the reaction? What did they feel? Did you
notice anything?
Continue to journal, try again with adding different colors
to your energy ball!

EXERCISE 4 :
Energy Exchange
For this exercise you’ll need a partner as you’ll both be
making energy balls and sharing the experience! (You can
do this with a group of people, as well.)
Face your partner. This can be done standing or sitting.
Begin by complimenting each other and stating aloud the
intention to have a fun experience together. Take a
cleansing breath.
Create your energy ball
Together focus on making each of your energy balls
smaller and then larger. Once you both feel confident in
the success of your energy balls, both imagine adding
uplifting words to your ball.

now for the fun part !
Decide who will place their ball into the others.
Carefully, slip the ball into theirs, as if adding your ball on
top. It looks like you’re miming or playing pretend to an
onlooker because they can’t see or feel the energy. But
you can!
Spend several minutes playing with the energy ball and
pass it back and forth together.
When you are both ready, have the person who is empty-
handed hold their hands under the ball. Release some of
the ball into their hands by slowly spreading your hands
apart, allowing a portion of the energy ball to slip into their
hands.
Finish with each of you holding part of the energy ball and
place it into your heart.
What happened when the balls were blended? What
did you both experience? Did you notice the ball getting
heavier. Were there any shifts in your thoughts? Physical
sensations? Continue to journal!

Chakras At A Glance
Chakras are spiraling energy centers in your body. They
receive and release energy. They alert us where we may
be blocked or overactive physically, mentally, spiritually
and emotionally.
Hand chakras help us manifest openness, creativity and
confidence. Healthy hand chakras help us give love
unconditionally and allow us to be open to others' ideas
even if they’re different from ours. They also give us the
ability to receive compliments gracefully and not be
egotistical.
Blocked hand chakras would have symptoms such as:
lack of creativity or experiencing writer's block, lack of
expression, feeling like your message doesn’t matter, as
well as feeling closed off and battling with your self-worth

Hold your hands in water (natural sources are best –
fresh creek, stream, lake or pond but if no natural
water source is available wash your hands under
warm water). Imagine all the blockages released and
washed away, replaced with energetic, pure light.
Open and close your hands quickly.
Clap your hands 3-7 times as you declare, ‘Open”
Remember, you’re master of your body!

energy ball recipe
INGREDIENTS
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup local honey
1 Cup powdered milk
1 Cup instant oatmeal
PEPARATION
Blend all the ingredients.
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on wax paper.
Refrigerate for 45 minutes.
ENJOY!
