August 1 2024

On August 1, 2024, on or about 800 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel
Inc. We conducted a room cleaning on the 3rd floor of the new building. Room 301 and 302 are
the rooms assigned in our company which is team alpha. The cleaning ended at around 1200
hours and we went home. At exactly 12:55 of the afternoon I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar San
Manuel inc. On or about 1300 hours we gathered and formed a formation by platoon. Sir Ian
Boillia and Sir Ryan Cattaliore announced the incoming pre comprehensive examination and
announced the duties and responsibilities of being an intern. On or about 1400 the
announcement ended and we went home.

August 5 2024
On August 5, 2024, on or about 800 hours we conducted our first inspection as a 4th year
criminology at Our Lady of Pillar San Manuel inc. Sir Ian Angelo Bonillia is the one who taught
and guided us. After the inspection, the remaining hour of our duty in the morning we use it to
process our identification card. Sir Roqillo Orayt is the one who conducted the identification card
processing. At exactly 1200 hours we went home. At exactly 12:50 of the afternoon I arrived at
our Lady of Pillar San Manuel inc. At exactly 1500 hours we the fourth year criminology
conducted a physical fitness test. On or around 1700 the physical fitness test ended and we
went home.

August 7, 2024
On August 7, 2024,at about 700 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar San Manuel Inc. In or about
800 hours we started our pre comprehensive exam. LEA and CLJ are the areas we take in the
morning. Our examination was supervised by Ma'am Jeferlene A. labog Rcrim. At 1100 hours
we are all done taking the examination in two areas. In or about 1100 hours we went home.
Before one o'clock in the afternoon, I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar San Manuel Inc for the
continuation of our pre comprehensive. Forensic and CDI are the areas we take in the
afternoon. Supervised by Ma'am Jeferlene A. Labog Rcrim. At exactly 1600 hours we were all
done taking the examination and we went home.

August 9, 2024
On August 9, 2024, at around 700 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar College San Manuel Inc.
We continue the pre comprehensive exam. Criminology and CorAd are the areas we take in the
morning. Supervised by Ma'am Jeferlene A. Labog Rcrim. At exactly 1100 hours we were all
done and we went home. At around 1200 I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel Inc.
We the criminology intern conducted a drill. At around 1600 hours the drill was done and we
went home.

August 12, 2024

On August 12, 2024, at around 600 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar College San Manuel
Inc. We are tasked to guide our juniors and assist them in going to their respective classrooms.
At around 800 hours our tasks are done. At around 900 hours our review in introduction to the
criminal justice system started. Sir Ian Angelo Binillia Rcrim, LPT, is the one who reviews us.
Before 1200 hours the review session was done and we went home. Before 1300 hours I
arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel Inc. At around 1300 hours we started the
review session in human rights education. Sir William Mapatac Jr. Rcrim is the one who reviews
us. After the review session we went home.

August 14, 2025

On August 14, 2024, at around 600 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel Inc.
Our team, which is team alpha, forms on the ground at around 600 hours. Our team leader
designated our tasks. I'm tasked to do traffic. After the traffic task we go to our church for the
mass. After the mass we go back to our campus to fix the chair on the 4th floor for the
orientation. At around 1200 hours we went home. Before 1300 I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar
college San Manuel Inc. At around 1300 the orientation started. At around 1500 the orientation
was done. At around 1600 we formed at the ground led by our battalion commander Jefferson
Villena. He dismissed us and we went home at around 1600 hours.

August 16, 2024

On August 16,2024, before 700 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel Inc.
After the flag ceremony and inspection we the criminology intern proceeded to room 309 for the
review. Atty. Fernando Victor G. Manangan is the one who reviews us in Crimlaw 1. At around
1000 hours the review in Crim Law 1 has been paused so that we can proceed to the 4th floor
for the orientation. At around 1300 the orientation was done and we went home. At around 1400
I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar College San Manuel Inc for the continuation of review. The
Crimlaw 1 review lasted about 2 hours and after that we went home.

August 19, 2024

On August 19, 2024 before 700 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel Inc. We
the criminology are tasked to teach our juniors for the proper salute. At around 700 hours we
are done with the salute task and we form at the ground and we conduct drillings. After the drills
we the criminology interns proceed to the fourth floor for the review in CDI 1. Sir Ian Angelo B.
Bonillia Rcrim, LPT is the one who reviews us in CDI. At around 1100 hours the review was
done and we went home. Before 1300 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel
Inc. Ma'am Jeferlene A. Labog Rcrim is the one who reviews us in CDI 2. After the review we
conducted a drillings and after the drillings we went home

August 21, 2024

On August 21, 2024, before 700 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar San Manuel Inc. After the
flag ceremony and inspection we the criminology interns proceed to the 4th floor for the review
in CDI 3. Sir Ryan Cattaliore Rcrim is the one who reviews us. The review was done and we
went home. Before 1300 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel Inc. At around
1300 hours our review in Crimlaw 2 started. At around 1600 hours our review in Crimlaw 2 was
done and we went home.

August 28, 2024

On August 28, 2024, before 700 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel Inc. At
around 700 hours the flag ceremony and inspection are done. Sir William Mapatac Rcrim
inspected us for the proper grooming. After that we proceed to the new building for the review
session. Sir William Mapatac Jr. Rcrim is the person who reviews us in technical writing. The
review session lasted almost at least 2 hours. At exactly 1200 hours I went home. Before 1300 I
arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel Inc. We conducted drillings before the review
session. Ma'am Jeferlene A. Labog Rcrim is the one who reviews us on traffic management.
The review lasted almost 2 hours. After that we formed and Jefferson Villena, our battalion
commander dismissed us so that we could go home.

August 30, 2024

On August 30, 2024, at around 700 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel Inc.
At exactly 6:30 am our team formed at the ground. I disseminate the tasks of my co-interns as I
am a temporary team leader. I do a traffic task together with my 2 buddies. The traffic task was
done and I, with my 2 buddies, joined the battalion. Sir Ian Angelo Bonillia Rcrim, LPT and Sir
Ryan Cattaliore Rcrim instructed our team to assist the Board of Trustees because they will
have a meeting in our campus. Our team assists them in parking their service vehicle. Our tasks
lasted almost 4 hours. Our team formed at the ground again for the attendance and our team
leader dismissed us so that we could go home. Before 1300 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar
College San Manuel Inc. Sir William Mapatac Rcrim reviews us on technical writing. The review
session ended and our team conducted a cleaning in room
301,302,303,304,305,306,307,308,309, and 310. After the cleaning our team went home

September 2, 2024
On September 2, 2024, at around 600 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel
Inc. At around 700 hours we the criminology interns formed at ground for the flag ceremony and
for the inspection. At around 800 hours we the criminology interns conducted a “oplan koltab” to
our juniors. After the “oplan koltab” we started our review in LEA 1. Sir Ryan Cattaliore Rcrim is
the one who will review us. After the review session we went home. Before 1300 hours I arrived
at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel Inc. We conducted drills at around 1300 hours.
After the drills we the criminology interns proceed to the review in LEA 2. Sir Ryan Cattaliore
Rcrim the one who will review us. The review ended and we formed at the ground and Jefferson
Villena, our battalion commander, dismissed and we went home.

September 4,2024
On August 4, 2024, before 700 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel Inc. At
around 700 hours we the criminology interns formed at the ground for the flag ceremony and for
the inspection. At around 800 hours we started the review in CFLM 1 at the 4th floor. Ma'am
Fritz Mae M. is the one who reviews us. The review session ended and we conducted drills. The
drills ended and we went home. Before 1300 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San
Manuel Inc. At around 1300 hours we started our review in CFLM 2. Ma'am Frits Mae M. is the
one who reviews us. The review session has ended and we conduct drills. The drills ended and
we went home.

September 6, 2024
On September 6, 2024, At exactly 7:20 in the morning me and my mother arrived at Our Lady of
Pillar parish church. At around 700 hours the mass started. At around 900 the mass ended and
the pinning ceremony for criminology and accountancy started. The pinning ceremony lasted
almost an hour. After the pinning we the criminology interns instructed us to go back to our
campus. At exactly 10:20 in the morning I arrived at our campus. At around 1000 hours we the
criminology interns formed at the ground and Jefferson Villena our battalion commander
dismissed us and we went home. Before 1300 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San
Manuel Inc.
At around 1300 hours we started our review in LEA 4 on the 4th floor. Ma'am Florie Fher
Mareeh Blas Rcrim is the one who reviews us. The review ended, we went in the ground and
we conducted drills at exactly 3:30 in the afternoon. The drills has ended and Jefferson Villena,
our battalion commander, dismissed us and we went home.

September 9, 2024
On September 9, 2024 before 700 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel Inc.
At around 700 hours we the criminology interns form at the ground for the flag ceremony and
inspection. Sir Ian Angelo B. Bonillia Rcrim LPT is the one who reviews us in forensic
photography. The review ended and we went home. At around 1300 hours I arrived at Our Lady
of Pillar college San Manuel Inc. At around 1300 hours the review session started. ma'am ailine
evangilista is the one who reviews us. She reviews us in forensic chemistry and toxicology. The
review has ended and we went to the ground to take some rest. After our rest we the
criminology interns formed at the ground and we conducted drills. The drills ended and we went
home.

September 11, 2024

On September 11, 2024 at around 600 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel
Inc. Our team formed at the ground for the dissemination of tasks. Our team leader gave the
traffic task to me. After the traffic task me and my 2 buddies joined the battalion. We the
criminology interns proceed at the review session. Maam Florie Fher Mareeh Blas Rcrim
reviews us in Questioned Document. The review session ended and we went home. Before
1300 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar San Manuel Inc. At around 1400 hours the review in
personal identification started. Sir Ian Angelo B Bonillia is the one who reviews us. The review
session lasted almost 3 hours. The review session ended, our team which is the alpha team
went to the ground for the physical fitness test. At around 1700 hours the physical fitness test
ended and we went home.

September 13, 2024

On September 13, 2024 at around 600 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel
Inc. At around 700 we the criminology interns form at the ground for the flag ceremony and
inspection of manual . At around 800 hours we the criminology interns proceed to room 308
located at the 3rd floor of the new building. Ma'am Florie Fher Mareeh L. Blas Rcrim. is the one
who reviews us in the Questioned Document. After the review session we the criminology
interns proceed to the 4th floor for the recitation regarding what we reviewed. The recitation is
done and we conduct a silent drill. At around 1100 hours we the criminology interns went home.
Before 1300 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel Inc. At around 1300 hours
we the criminology intern form at the 4th floor and we went to the church. After the mass ended
we went back to campus for the clean up drive. The cleaning is ended and we the criminology
interns form at the ground before going home.

September 16, 2024

On September 16, 2024 at around 600 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel
Inc. It's Monday so all of the criminology students gathered at the ground for the flag ceremony.
The flag ceremony ended and we the criminology interns proceeded to the 4th floor for the
review session. Ma'am Fritz Mae Mateo Rcrim. is the one who reviews us in CA 1 and CA 2.
The review session ended and we the criminology interns prepared for the recitation of DOT. At
around 1100 hours we went home. Before 1300 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San
Manuel Inc. At around 1300 hours we the criminology interns proceed in room 308 located at
the 3rd floor of the new building for our review. Sir William Mapatac Rcrim. is the one who
reviews us in CA 3. The review session ended and we the criminology interns proceeded to the
ground for the announcement of our OJT instructor Sir Ryan Cattaliore Rcrim. After the meeting
we went home.

September 18, 2024

On September 18, 2024 at around 600 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel
Inc. At around 800 hours we the criminology interns went to the 4th floor for the review. Ma'am
Jeferlene Labog is the one who reviews us in ProfCon. At around 900 hours the review session
ended. We are given an hour to memorize our DOT. After the memorization we went home.
Before 1300 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel Inc. We the criminology
interns went to room 308 for the review session. Ma'am Florie Fher Mareeh L. Blas is the one
who reviews us in theories of crime causation. The review session ended and the recitation of
DOT started. The recitation of DOT ended and we went home.

September 24,25,26, 2024

On September 24,25,26 I rendered my absents. I do cleaning on the third floor of the new
building. I do arranging the chairs and tables. I do proctoring for the examination of the lower
year. I do checking the quizzes of the lower year. I lifted the cabinet from the ground to the 2nd
floor of the old building. I do recordings of the quizzes of the lower year.

September 23, 2024

On September 23, 2024 At around 600 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel
Inc. Our team which is the team alpha form at the ground for the dissemination of tasks. Our
team leader tasked me to organize the traffic at the front of our campus. After my task I went to
the ground for the meeting with our OJT instructor Sir Ryan Cattaliore Rcrim. The meeting
ended and I went to room 308 for the review on Juvenile delinquency. Ma'am Florie Fher
Mareeh L. Blas is the one who reviews us. At around 1200 hours Sir Ryan Cattaliore Rcrim.
Instructed me and my buddy to clean room 212. At around 1300 hours me and 45 students
went to room 309 for the meeting with Sir Ian Angelo B. Bonillia Rcrim., Lpt. The meeting ended
and we went to the ground for the recitation of DOT. The recitation ended and we the
criminology interns went home.

September 27, 2024

On September 27, 2024 at around 600 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel
Inc. We the criminology interns form at the ground for the flag ceremony. The flag ceremony
ended and Sir Ryan Cattaliore Rcrim, our OJT instructor, instructed us to go to our rural health
unit to process our medical certificate. The doctor in the rural health unit is off duty. So we were
instructed to go back to our campus. We the criminology interns do all the requirements needed
in our deployment.

October 4, 2024
On October 4, 2024 at around 600 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel Inc.
We the criminology interns form at the ground and our battalion commander Jefferson Villena
instructed our team which is the team alpha to go to the rural health unit San Manuel Isabela.
Sadly the Doctor is off duty so we go back to our campus. Our battalion instructed us again to
go to the rural health unit aurora Isabela. At around 800 hours my buddy Wendell Toquero
arrived . The examination lasted for almost an hour and the result for my urinalysis was given to
me. At around 1000 hours we went to the rural health unit aurora Isabela. The processing of our
medical certificate has lasted for almost 4 hours. At around 1400 hours I arrived at Our Lady of
Pillar college San Manuel Inc. At the 4th floor of the new building we the criminology interns
conduct a fire drill together with the grade 10 students lead by BFP San Manuel. The fire drill
ended and we conducted an earthquake drill together with all the students of Our Lady of Pillar
college San Manuel Inc. After the earthquake drill we the criminology interns form at the ground
and we are instructed to go home.

October 7, 2024
On October 7, 2024 at around 600 hours I arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel Inc.
We the criminology interns together with all the students of our campus conducted a rosary
prayer. After the rosary prayer I went to room 309 to take the comprehensive exam. At exactly
820 hours the exam for ClJ started and ended at 920 hours. At exactly 920 hours the exam for
CDI started and ended at 1020 hours. At exactly 1020 hours the exam for forensic started and
ended at 1120 hours. At exactly 1120 hours the exam for LEA started and ended at 1220 hours.
After the exam the criminology interns immediately went to our homes. Before 1300 hours I
arrived at Our Lady of Pillar college San Manuel Inc. At around 1300 hours we started the exam
on CorAd. The examination for the CorAd lasted an hour. Last is the examination for
criminology and also lasts for an hour. Our OJT instructor Sir Ryan Cattaliore Rcrim dismissed
us at around 1600 hours.

October 14, 2024

On October 14, 2024 before 800 hours we the alpha company arrived at the San Manuel Police
Station for the start of our OJT on them. At 800 hours we the echo team, together with all the
public offices of the municipality of San Manuel convened at the front of the municipal hall for
the flag raising ceremony. After the ceremony we the echo team formed in front of San Manuel
Police Station for the courtesy call. PEMS. Marciano Illustre is the one who briefs us for our
duties in the incoming days. PEMS. Marciano Illuestre task us to familiarize all the police
personnel and their respective duty or office.

October 16, 2024

On October 16, 2024, at exactly 800 hours we the echo team arrived at the San Manuel Police
Station for our day 2. Our team together with the police personnel of San Manuel Police Station
led by PMAJ. Rogelio Natividad we escorted Governor Rodito Albano and Vice Governor
Faustino “Bogie” Dy lll. We escorted them from the boundary of Aurora and San Manuel up to
the cultural center of district 2, San Manuel, Isabela. After the escorting task we the echo team
are given a task to release an impound motorcycle carrying only, from the impounding area up
to the service of the owner.

October 21, 2024

On October 21, 2024 at exactly 8 hours we the echo team arrived at San Manuel Police Station
for our day 3. At around 800 hours we the echo team together with all the public offices of the
municipality of San Manuel PNP, BFP, etc . convened in front of the municipal hall for the flag
raising ceremony. After the flag raising ceremony the team Echo formed at the front of the
Station and Sir Nillo teaches us the 4 fundamentals of gun safety Sir Viernes lectures us about
the criminal investigation. For the first I witnessed the actual taking of fingerprints of the suspect
and the actual mugshot of the suspect. Sir Viernes is the one who takes the fingerprints of the
suspect.

October 18, 2024

On October 18, 2024, before 800 hours we the echo team arrived at the San Manuel Police
Station for our day 3. Sir Viernes and Sir Ranchez taught me the difference between police
visibility and police Omnipresence. Sir ranchez teaches us about the police blotter and how to
write a police blotter

October 28, 2024

On October 28, 2024, before 800 hours we the echo team arrived at the San Manuel Police
Station for our day 4. At around 800 hours we the echo team together with all the public offices
of the municipality of San Manuel, PNP, BFP, etc convened at the front of the municipal hall for
the flag raising ceremony. After the flag ceremony PSMS. Rodriguez lectures us about rape and
R.A 7610.

October 31, 2024

On October 31, 2024 at around 900 hours we the Echo team arrived at the San Manuel Police
Station for our day 6. PEMS. Gueb asked us if we wanted to go to the San Manuel Cemetery to
observe their task “ligtas undas”.and we replied we wanted to. Me and my three bodies are on
the main entrance of the cemetery.

November 4, 2024
On November 4, 2024 at around 800 hours I arrived at San Manuel Police Station for day 6. I
arrived late because of the bad weather. Sir Viernes and Sir Kevin taught me how to make
police clearance.

November 6, 2024
On November 4, 2024 at around 800 hours I arrived at San Manuel Police Station for our day 6.
I arrived late because of the bad [Link] Corporal Rodel G. Matias taught us the three
techniques of arresting. Sir Nillo taught us how to detach and attach firearms. Before we go to
the firing range Sir Nillo briefs us on our activity which is [Link] around 1400 hours we arrived
at a cobra firing range located at Santa Cruz, San Manuel, Isabela. The firing is led by Sir Nillo
together with Sir Mike, Police Corporal Sanchez and Patrol woman Steban. After the firing we
conducted debriefing led by Sir Nillo.
