Suprasetter 75/A105/105

High performance for medium formats • Equipped with extremely reliable


technology, unique in its class, the Suprasetter™ 75/A105/105 offer superb
quality with maximum production capability. Even more, this range of
Suprasetter provides a high level of flexibility in throughput, format, plate
handling and punching. The best conditions for combining high productivity
and maximum flexibility are also ensured through seamless integration in
the Prinect® workflow with a free selection of the screenings or Plate on
Demand, giving a direct access to plate production at the control panel of
the press.

Laser system made by Heidelberg® • The laser systems developed exclu-


sively by Heidelberg for the Suprasetter provide excellent imaging quality.
The modular design enables additional laser modules to be easily and
rapidly added on site – without long downtimes and with little service
requirement. Production reliability is ensured through the Intelligent Diode
System (IDS). This means that if a diode fails, operation can continue. The
Suprasetter also offers a consistently high depth of focus to compensate for
unevenness in the plates.

From manual to fully automated operation • The basic model in four- or


eight-page format can be easily upgraded with a Single Cassette Loader (SCL)
or with a Multi Cassette Loader (MCL) for fully automated operation. The SCL
works with one plate cassette, the MCL with up to four cassettes for different

with a MCL. Equipped with such a supply of plates, it is possible to work
