diseases:
1. Brush your teeth twice a day. Do it after eating breakfast and
before going to sleep.

2. Avoid eating sweets.

3. Eat fruits and vegetables to keep the mouth healthy and teeth.

4. Gargle with salt water can prevent germs from living in the
mouth.

5. Use dental floss to remove the dirt between the teeth that has
not been removed by toothbrush.
