In the future, I aspire to live in a cozy and sustainable house nestled amidst nature. Ideally, I
envision a small yet comfortable home with large windows that allow ample natural light to fill
the space. A spacious garden or backyard would be perfect for growing my own organic produce
and creating a serene outdoor retreat.
2. Are the transport facilities to your home good?
Yes, the transport facilities to my home are quite good. There are multiple options available
for commuting. Public buses operate regularly and cover a wide network, providing convenient
access to various parts of the city. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available,
providing flexibility and convenience.
3. Do you prefer living in a house or a flat?
Personally, I prefer living in a house rather than a flat. Houses offer more space and privacy,
which I value greatly. I enjoy having a backyard or garden where I can relax, plant flowers, or
even have a small vegetable patch. Houses also provide a sense of ownership and the freedom
to customize the living space to my liking.
4. Please describe the room you live in.
The room I live in is cozy and comfortable. It's a bedroom that I have personalized to reflect
my style and preferences. The walls are painted a calming shade of blue, and there is a large
window that allows plenty of natural light to enter. In one corner, I have a comfortable bed with
soft pillows and a warm blanket. Adjacent to it is a study desk where I can work on assignments
and projects.
5. What part of your home do you like the most?
The part of my home that I like the most is the living room. It's a cozy and inviting space where
my family and I spend quality time together. The comfortable sofa and soft lighting create a
relaxing atmosphere. Also, it's a versatile area where we engage in various activities like
watching movies, playing board games, or simply having conversations.
6. How long have you lived there?
I have been living in my current house for about three years. Over the years, I have made it my
own by personalizing the decor and creating a warm ambiance. I have formed connections with
my neighbors and have grown accustomed to the amenities and services in the area.
7. Do you plan to live there for a long time?
No, I do not plan to live in my current house for a long time. I see it as a temporary residence.
In the future, I aspire to explore different places and possibly move to a new city or country for
various reasons, such as career opportunities, personal growth, or cultural experiences.
8. What's the difference between where you are living now and where you have lived in
the past?
The main difference between where I am living now and where I have lived in the past is the
size and pace of the city. Previously, I lived in a small town with a close-knit community and a
slower lifestyle. The current city I reside in is much larger, bustling with activity and offering a
wider range of amenities and opportunities.

I live in a cozy apartment located in a bustling residential area. It's a vibrant
and diverse neighborhood with various amenities nearby. Within walking distance, there are
grocery stores, restaurants, and parks, making daily errands convenient. Also,

blend of old and new.

In my home, several things make me feel pleasant. One of them is the cozy
and inviting atmosphere. The soft lighting, comfortable furniture, and warm colors create a
soothing ambiance that immediately puts me at ease. Another aspect that brings me joy is the

They remind me of cherished memories and create a sense of belonging.

Yes, I believe it is important to live in a comfortable environment. A comfortable living
environment positively impacts our overall well-being and quality of life. It enables us to relax,
recharge, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Moreover, a comfortable environment
allows us to focus better, be more productive, and pursue our goals effectively.
14. Do you live in a house or a flat?
I live in a house. It is a cozy and comfortable place that I call home. The house has multiple
rooms, including bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and bathrooms. I appreciate having a yard
and a garden where I can spend time outdoors and enjoy some greenery. Living in a house
provides a sense of privacy and the freedom to personalize the space according to my
preferences.

I live with my family. It consists of my parents and my younger sister. We share a warm
and supportive household where we spend quality time together. We also engage in various

I also utilize my flat for productivity, working on assignments or pursuing personal projects.

Yes, most people in my neighborhood are quite nice and friendly. It’s easy to strike up a
conversation with neighbors or meet people at the local coffee shop.

Yes, I know a few of them. We sometimes chat in the elevator or when we see each other around
the building. There’s a sense of community, even though we all lead busy lives.

1. Which town or city do you live in now?
Well, I’m currently living in Ho Chi Minh City, which is a bustling and hustling area in the
southeast of Vietnam.
2. Do you like the area that you live in?
Yes, I love the area that I live in. It's a vibrant and lively neighborhood with plenty of shops,
cafes, and restaurants. I also appreciate the easy access to public transportation and the beautiful
parks nearby. Overall, it's a fantastic place to call home.
3. Are there any things you don’t like about your area? (What are they?)
I must admit, it all comes down to the hot weather. I mean I’m living in the central part of
Vietnam so it’s scorching hot all year round, which always puts me off.
4. Do you think you will continue to live there for a long time? (Why? Why not?)
I believe so. Ho Chi Minh City offers a dynamic lifestyle, plenty of job opportunities, and a
vibrant culture that I really enjoy. Plus, I’ve grown quite comfortable here, so I don’t see myself
moving anytime soon.
5. What are some changes in the area recently?
Recently, there have been quite a few developments in the area. New shopping centers and office
buildings have been built, and the infrastructure has improved with wider roads and better public
transportation. It’s becoming more modern, which is exciting to see.
6. Is the place where you live quiet or noisy?
Fortunately, it’s mostly quiet where I live, especially at night. Being in an apartment block, there
can be some noise during the day, but it’s nothing too disruptive.
7. Where do you like to go in that area?
I enjoy going to the local park in my neighborhood. It's a peaceful and serene place with
lush greenery and a beautiful pond. I often go there to take a leisurely walk, jog, or simply sit
on a bench and enjoy the fresh air. It's a great way to unwind and connect with nature after a
busy day.
8. Do you know any famous people in your area?
Yes, Ho Chi Minh City is home to quite a few famous people, especially in the entertainment
industry. For example, many well-known singers, actors, and influencers live here. While I don’t
know any of them personally, it’s not uncommon to spot celebrities at events or even around
popular areas like District 1.

1. What do you study?
I'm studying to become an air traffic controller. It’s a specialized field that involves managing
the safe and efficient movement of aircraft both in the air and on the ground.
2. Which study is the most interesting? Why?
I find the most interesting part to be learning about radar systems and air traffic management.
It’s fascinating how controllers coordinate and guide planes through busy airspaces to avoid
collisions and ensure safety.
3. Which is more important to you – the teachers or the other students in your course? Why?
That's a tough one, but I’d say the teachers are more important to me. They guide us and
provide valuable insights, and honestly, their experience is crucial for understanding complex
concepts. However, I do appreciate the role of fellow students in group discussions and projects.
4. How much time do you spend studying every week?
On average, I spend about 20 to 25 hours a week studying. It’s a challenging field, so I need to
stay focused and regularly review the material to ensure I’m fully prepared for both the exams
and the actual job.
5. What is your favorite place to study?
My favorite place to study is my desk at home. It’s quiet, and I’ve set it up with everything I
need, like a comfortable chair and good lighting, which helps me stay focused.
6. Do you prefer to study at home or in the library? ( Why?)
I prefer studying at home because I can control my environment and eliminate distractions. The
library is great for quiet study, but I feel more comfortable in my own space.
7. What part of your school do you like the most?
I really like the simulation room at my school. It’s where we practice air traffic control scenarios,
and it feels very close to the real thing. It’s exciting and gives me a glimpse of what the actual
job will be like.
8. What do you find most interesting about your studies? (Why?)
The most interesting part of my studies is learning how to make quick decisions in high-pressure
situations. As an air traffic controller, you have to think fast and remain calm, which I find
challenging but fascinating.
9. Which is more important to you—the teachers or the other students in your course?

I’d say the teachers are more important because they bring real-world experience to the
classroom. Their insights are invaluable for understanding the complexities of air traffic control,
especially in critical situations.
10. How much time do you spend studying every week?

dedicate a lot of time to mastering it.

I live in Ho Chi Minh City, so I don’t need to travel far. I usually get around by motorbike, which

I study best in the morning because I feel more refreshed and focused after a good night’s sleep.
My mind is clear, and I can concentrate better on difficult topics.

I study best in the morning because that’s when I feel most energized and focused. Since I’ve
dreamt of becoming an air traffic controller, I want to give my studies the best part of my day,
and mornings allow me to concentrate fully without distractions.
