Re: MEDICATIONATSCHOOL
If your child has medication that is currently being held in the school office, this letter is to notify you that all
over-the-counter and prescription medications, including but not limited to, inhalers and chambers, EpiPens,
cough suppressants, and Tylenol should be picked up by the parent or guardian within five (5) business days
after the completion of the school year.
If you need to make other arrangements for your child’s medication, please call the school office at
920.751.6995 ext. 25100, or e-mail [Link]@[Link]. We ask that medication and treatment
supplies be picked up by 11:00 am on Friday, May 31st. Medication and treatment supplies will be turned
over to the Police School Liaison Officer (PSLO) for destruction if they have not been picked up after five (5)
business days following completion of the school year.
