GEAR BOX:
Worked on all types of Gear boxes, attached. Worked on all types of Gear boxes,
Attached preventive maintenance and break down maintenance bearing alignment setting, Oil
seal checking and replacing. In refineries gear drivers are critical components of the mechanical
systems used to convert crude oil into by-products like gasoline and diesel fuel. Sometimes
harsh conditions in the refinery industry can result in gearbox.
PUMP OPERATION:
Centrifugal & Reciprocating pump open Start up & shut down operation. Lube pump
operation, oil level maintenance, and vibration check. Maintenance seal check, Cavitation’s,
Suction & Discharge pressure check-up, pulsation chamber, Strainer operation coupling. Shaft
vibration & Heat check-up, speed setting chemical dose pump operation, submersible pump
operation, trouble shooting, etc. Experience in Maintenance to single Pump and multistage
Pumps.
RECIPROCATING PUMPS:
A reciprocating pump is a class of positive displacement pumps which includes the
piston pump, plunger pump and diaphragm pump. When well maintained, reciprocating pumps
will last for years or even decades. It is often used where a relatively small quantity of liquid
is to be handled and where delivery pressure is quite large Experience in Minting pf plumber
pumps, Chemical dosing pumps, doublex triplex pumps and methanol injection pump.
Experience in assembling and dismantling of pumps.
COMPRESSORS:
Experience in maintenance of centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocating process Air
Compressors Instrument Air Compressor, Air Blower, process Gas Compressor.
Reciprocating Compressors (200 PSI) changing cylinder, hot valve lubrication oils,
monthly services 1250 Hrs, 2500 Hrs, Semi –Annual services. Experience in maintenance of
Reciprocating Compressor like Co2, Ammonia compressors etc
HEAT EXCHANGER:
• Having experience in plate type, shell and tube (single and multi tubes) exchanger.
Involved in maintenance and repair of tubes, nozzle baffle plates, spool piece etc. Also
worked on Fin-Fan coolers for changing the blade angle and replacing the motor etc.
MECHANICAL SEAL:
Seal, John crane, Dura metallic, BorgWarner, Cameron Worked on all type of seals
including single and double and ton den seal single spring and multi spring bellow type and
proper rectification of the same. Seals are almost always high-value assemblies. As an
alternative to automatic replacement, repair technology now makes it possible to guarantee
that future performance will be as good as that of a new seal.
VALVE:
Overhauled all types of valves like safety and relief valves, Pressure and vacuum
valves, Compressor valves etc. and hydro testing of the same at the required set pressure. Also
worked on ball valves, Gate valves and check valves, Pressure safety valves.
TURBINE MAINTENANCE:
Carried out preventive maintenance on their accessories and combustion chambers, gas
fuel valves, air start motors, injectors, pre/post lube pump, changing air and diesel fuel filters,
maintaining log book and change over unite be feeding password in case of an emergency
during the operation.
PIPE LINE WORKS:
Involved in fractioning of pipeline, maintenance, measurements, testing. The pipeline
system that conveys the individual –well production or that of a group of wells from a central
facility to a central systems or terminal location is a gathering pipeline. Generally the
gathering pipeline system is series of pipelines that flow from the well production facilities in
a producing field to a gathering “trunk” pipeline
OPERATION KNOWLEDGE:
Oil transfer pump. Fuel gas scrubber, flare stack, sump tank, and operations of air
system, chemical inhibitors.
SAFETY DEVICES:
H2S Safety, Fire safety, using crow can gas tester (CH4, H2S), fire Extinguisher (Foam,
DCP & CO2) using in fire classification, fusible plug operation, and deluge valve operation,
firewater pump operation. Breathing Apparatus, Safety Jacket, and Gas detector. Smoke
detector, heat detector operation, H2S deduction, fixed monitoring system, electronic monitors,
and tube detector.
