Reimbursement of expenses on Road Travel
In modification of Clause 32 of Bipartite Settlement dated 11th November, 2020, where
an employee has to travel on duty between two places, he shall be reimbursed actual
cost in case of travel by public transport or at Rs.11/- per k.m. plus toll fees, if any, if
travel by own vehicle.
For the purpose of LFC, while travelling by own vehicle, the employee shall be
reimbursed a maximum of Rs.11/- per k.m. plus toll fees if any, per vehicle. Other

PAYMENT OF OVERTIME ALLOWANCE
In partial modification of Clause 10.17(b) of Settlement dated 11.11.1966 for the purpose
of calculating the amount of overtime work, the expression “emoluments” shall mean
aggregate of Basic Pay including Stagnation increment, Special Pay, PQP, Officiating
Pay (if any), Dearness Allowance, Special Allowance, Transport Allowance, HRA, FPP,
Special Compensatory Allowance, Special Balancing Allowance and Special Allowance

KEY ALLOWANCE TO CASH IN CHARGE (PER MONTH)
Key allowance Rs 1500 per month to those who hold charge of cash keys of Branch on
pro rata basis.
SILVER JUBILEE
In terms of Bank extant instructions, Silver Jubilee Award for completing 25 years of
service in the Bank is presented to the eligible employees in the form of a gold coin /

year to watch & ward staff. W.e.f. 01.04.2016 all Sub-ordinate cadre employees
(excluding watch & ward staff and maintenance staff in sub-ordinate cadre who are
already eligible for supply with shoes) will be supplied with one pair of black
leather shoes every year.
In terms of circular no. PER/IR/CIR/36 dated 24.03.1992, workmen employees who are
supplied with a pair of shoes may also be supplied with shoe polish once a month and
shoe brush once in six months.

NUTRITION ALLOWANCE FOR PREGNANT EMPLOYEES
Our Bank has been taking several initiatives for the welfare of its employees, especially
female employees. Such initiatives motivate them towards achieving higher efficiency.
On the occasion of the International Women’s Day on 8th March 2022, a new welfare
initiative has been introduced for our women employees.
➢ An amount of Rs. 10,000/- will be paid to our pregnant female employees as
Nutrition Allowance, one time during their pregnancy.
➢ This amount may be claimed by a female employee for a maximum of two instances
of pregnancy.
➢ The amount will be paid through HRMS in the same way as other medical bills are
paid.
AUTISM
(Circular No.: CDO/P&HRD-IR/75/2021 – 22 dated 15.12.2021)
Expenditure incurred on treatment of Autism is not reimbursable at present. It has been
decided, to pay a lumpsum amount of Rs.50,000/- per child per annum to the employee
on self-declaration basis through HRMS for taking care of routine medical support of
the ASD affected children. Authentication of the treatment by the treating Doctor will
be essentially required while submitting the bill.
GLUCOMETER

GLUCOMETER AND GLUCOSE TEST STRIPS
The facility of reimbursement of the cost of Glucometer and Glucose Test Strips will be
available to all members of workmen employees who are diabetic.
The cost of Glucose Test Strips will be reimbursed to the employees as per the advice of
the attending Physician / Diabetologist
Glucometer Strip (100 strip per year) As per advice of attending
physician/Dialectologist Rs 1200/- + GST
The cost of Glucometer Kit will be reimbursed up to a maximum amount of Rs.
1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) + GST. The reimbursement can
be availed by an employee once in 10 years through HRMS.
This facility will be available only to the Bank employees and not to their
dependent family members

with 2 years of service (excluding temporary) and are members of the Provident

Eligibility
All confirmed employees with aggregate 5 years' service will be eligible for car
loan.
Clerical staff with minimum 5 years' service including those in Armed forces, but

TWO WHEELER LOAN
Eligibility and Terms & Conditions
All Clerical cadre employees, including those on probation will be eligible for
loan for purchase of a two-wheeler vehicle under staff conveyance loan scheme,
irrespective of length of service.
In case of Ex-Servicemen employees, minimum 3 years confirmed service
including that spent in defense forces, provided the ex-serviceman concerned has
completed one year confirmed service in the Bank.
In case of Subordinate Staff, Permanent full-time employees with minimum 5
years confirmed service are eligible.

PURCHASE OF SECONDHAND CAR
Age of the vehicle should not be more than 5 years old, and the entire Car Loan should
be repaid within the useful life of the vehicle as certified by the approved valuer (Useful
life of the vehicle to be considered is the difference between age of the vehicle and
maximum tenure of 15 years) or 15 years (whichever is lower). While sanctioning a loan
for purchase of a secondhand Car, the purchase cost or Insured Declared Value as per
the Insurance Company, whichever is lower, will be taken as the basis for arriving at
the quantum of advance.
