Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our
dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our financial services business. As a Relationship
Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with existing
clients, cross-sell multiple financial products, and onboard new clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.

• Provide expert advice and guidance on financial products and services of the company.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional financial products to existing clients.

• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to tailor solutions to each client’s unique needs.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of client retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Proven experience in financial services, with a focus on relationship management.

• Strong knowledge of various financial products, such as investments, insurance, and loans.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Results-oriented and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.

• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory requirements.

CTC Range: 6 LPA + Performance Incentive
