SUB: EOT DRIVE: EPC Projects - Worksheet for Delay in Handing Over of Land
Chairman-NHAI has directed to clear all pending Extension of Time cases by
15 th January 2020. As such the drive has been launched for clearance all the
Extension of Time cases where scheduled completion date has been lapsed or last,
project mile stone has lapsed as on 3pt December 2019.
2. An excel worksheet for capturing the delay in handing over of land is enclosed
herewith for EPC project. All ROs/Project Directors are requested to complete the
worksheet and submit it to HQ immediately.
3. A web portal for capturing the above field of worksheet is also being
prepared, you can submit the details required as per Excel worksheet on the above
portal directly. The portal can be accessed through NHAI website using hyper link
