PARTITION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This PARTITION AGREEMENT, made and executed by and between:

MEL GEORGIE BAUTISTA RACELA, married to Marife F. Racela, of legal age, Filipino
and with residence and postal address at 535 Gen. Luis St., Novaliches Proper, Quezon City , hereinafter
referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

SALOME LORENZ RACELA BARCELO, married to Louie Barcelo, of legal age, Filipino,

with postal address at Lot 109 Blk. 168, Universita St., Casa Milan Subd., Quezon City , hereinafter
referred to as the SECOND PARTY;
WITNESSETH:
That the FIRST and SECOND PARTIES are co-owners of a parcel of land, covered
and embraced by Transfer Certificate of Title No. RT-111386 (289873) by virtue of Extrajudicial
Settlement of Estate with Donation dated March 10, 2023, docketed as Doc. No. 486; Page No.

98; Book No. 1; Series of 2023 of Notary Public of Quezon City Atty. Jeffry A. Alejo, which is
more particularly described as follows:
MEL GEORGIE BAUTISTA RACELA
That for purposes of this partition agreement, the above-described parcel of land was subdivided
into three (3) lots, in accordance with (LRC) Psd-102635; the sepia copy, blue prints and
approved technical descriptions are hereto attached and made integral parts hereof:
Unto: MEL GEORGIE BAUTISTA RACELA, his heirs and assigns: Lot 1-A of (LRC) Psd-
102635, containing an area of One Hundred Eleven (111) square meters, more or less and
Lot 1-B of (LRC) Psd-102635, containing an area of Two Hundred Eight (208) square
meters, more or less;
Unto: SALOME LORENZ RACELA BARCELO, her heirs and assigns: Lot 1-C of (LRC)
Psd-102635, containing an area of One Hundred Seven (107) square meters, more
or less;

That it is hereby requested that new transfer certificates of titles be issued in the name of
each above-named co-owners in accordance with this Partition Agreement.
