Online Internal Assessment on 21/09/2024 for Grade XI (2024-25)

Dear Parents and Students,
We will conduct the Online Internal Assessment for Mathematics and ASL (Listening Test) for
English on Saturday 21/09/2024 in the Online Proctoring mode on Entrar.
Timings for English ASL – Online class room and Assessment and Mathematics online
Assessment through Entrar.
CLASS SUBJECT TIME
GRADE XI English 9.00 am – 10.00 am
10.20 am – 10.30 am (Reading time)
GRADE XI Mathematics 10.30 am – 11.30 am 10.30 am – 11.30 am (Writing time)
11.30 am – 11.40 am (Uploading)
You are requested to follow these steps for downloading the Question Paper and uploading
scanned Answer Scripts on Entrar.
Check Internet connectivity properly and keep the Scanner ready (Microsoft Lens or Adobe
Scanner or similar apps)
1. Login through Laptop/Desktop.
2. Students who take the exam using a MOBILE /TAB must log in to www.Entrar.in
through the Chrome Browser. Do Not use the Entrar App.
3. Log in to the site by 8:50 a.m. and 10:10 a.m through Laptop/Desktop.
4. We will conduct the Pre-Exam Check till 9:00 a.m. for English and 10:20 a.m. for
Mathematics.
5. The webcam should be on throughout the exam duration.
6. The question paper (Mathematics) will appear at 10.20 a.m.
7. To download the Question Paper:
● Go to Online Assessment
● Click on the 'Start' button
● Click on 'Question Sheet'
8. Use 'ruled long sheets' or a 'ruled notebook' for writing the test.
9. Please write the following details on every page:
● Name:
● Class:
● Subject:
● Date:
10. Number every page.
11. After completion of the paper:
● Mention the total number of pages on the first page of the answer sheets.
● Please sign on the first page of the Answer Sheet before scanning
● Scan all pages of the answer sheet using the scanner on your mobile
● Save the file in pdf format only by giving your full name and Subject.
(example: Anusha_eng.pdf)
● The file size should not exceed 25 MB.
● Send the pdf file to your email ID and then download it onto your laptop/desktop
12. Uploading the Answer Sheet
● Click on Choose file on Entrar and select the pdf file to be uploaded.
● Click on the 'Upload' button.
13. Test Subject with Timing
14. We will not accept answer scripts after the allotted time.
NOTE-
Please send a message to your respective Class teacher right away, if you face any technical
issues while uploading the answer script.
