2 The applicant should take note of the page numbers in the report as they are not consistent. Applicant should
harmonize this.
3 The report has acronyms used in various sections of the report however, no list of acronyms has been
provided. The Applicant should address this.
4 Bullets have been used in several sections of the report. The applicant should remove bullets in the report. The
applicant should provide the information either in paragraphs or number them.
5 All figures and tables should be well referenced to in the report.
6 The headings should be restricted to at most 3 sub heading levels.
7 Cross cutting Issues and Challenges chapter should be arranged to include; Environmental, Social and gender,
Health and Safety Issues, HIV sensitization, Challenges faced during the project implementation and solutions
adopted and Lessons learnt
8 The drawings attached are not signed and stamped by a registered engineer

executive summary should include challenges and how they were solved as well as the engineering lessons
learnt. The executive summary should also include; cross cutting issues, conclusions and recommendations.
13 12 Project Description. The content and the subheading are not coherent. The content should be included under a
subheading of Problem statement. The applicant should rewrite this section.

ensure they achieved the specifications however he hasn't presented the Quality management system that was
established at the project to define the role of each party in ensuring quality is achieved. He has further not
presented if there were non-conformities and how these were addressed.
