1. Select a hypothetical image OI. Find eight bit-plane images using OI. Find I1 by adding
bit planes from 0 to 3, and find I2 by adding bit plane imagers from 4 to 7. Find the
following image quality measures between (I) OI and I1, and (II) OI and I2.

a. PSNR
b. MSE
c. Euclidean distance
d. RMSE
e. Weighted PSNR
f. SSIM
g. UIQI

Submit in soft copy form the code and the results submitted within due date.
