• Personnel (entire gamut of HR, HR tools, automation) & Office Services
(admin, welfare, statutory compliances, Government liaison)
Scope of work
• Over next 4-to-5 years, the headcount is likely to expand to 50-to-100
depending on business & geographic growth

Purpose of the Role


• Establish and maintain HR function within LIC PFL for managing full-scale HR Lifecycle for
Personnel, which, inter alia includes
o manpower planning thru
o talent acquisition [recruitment; on-boarding; role induction; etc.] thru
o talent management [engagement; employee experience; KPIs; KPI reviews; PMS; training;
development; reward & recognition; talent retention; etc.] thru
o HR operations [attendance; payroll; “drawing & disbursement roles” of advising Finance on
TDS of income tax of employees; compilation and issue of Form-16 to employees; updation
of AS26; ensuring Finance remits TDS to Government; tax audits; administration of code
of conduct; leave management; disciplinary proceedings; personal file maintenance;
implementation of agreed pay scales; etc.] thru
o HR automation [bio-metric; HRMS; etc.] thru
o HR audits; thru
o update policies with revision control; design new policies as needed & implement; to
o exit management

• Plan and efficiently execute Common Office Services


o liaison with external agencies [Municipality; Labour Department; Utilities; Police;
Government Departments; RTI compliances; etc. for providing routine compliance reports
& returns on HR] thru
o ensure comfortable office working environment; identify, evaluate and appoint contractors
for maintenance services for AC, fire safety and such other Office equipment and facilities;
house-keeping; security; ensure contractors deliver service as per agreed SLAs; ensure
statutory compliances by contractors in respect of their employees
o employee welfare (house-keeping; security; fire safety & training; fire safety compliances;
transport; manage staff amenities; etc.) to
o office activities & events (office improvements; visits of Directors; events; workshops; etc.)
o administration of medical, health, accident insurance as well as property insurance
o custodian of legal and contractual documents; establish contracts with legal experts along
with business and coordinate for obtaining legal advice and other legal services

• In addition, role holder shall take up responsibilities as directed by MD & CEO

Age profile (years) 35-to-45
Language Read, Write, Speak in English and Hindi
Qualification profile
Graduation Any Graduate
Post-Graduation MBA HR
Profile of prior experience (years)
Overall Min 10 years
• Should have worked in an HR Generalist role
• Should have taken complete accountability for
Relevant experience definition statutory compliances
• Should have preferably managed the General
Administration tasks of Organization
Relevant prior Role experience profile
Min 2 years

Annual fixed compensation is Rs 19.53 Lakhs.
Together with variable compensation (best individual
performance against agreed KPIs PLUS Company
performance), maximum annual compensation
Compensation payable Professional can potentially earn is Rs 26.47 Lakhs.
