Subject: Charges for CME's/Workshops/Conferences/awareness


programmes conducted in the AIIMS precincts.

1. All CME's/Workshops/Conferences/awareness programmes or other


activities which are organised with the help of "Sponsorship/money being
accepted from private partners will be charged as follows:

(a)Utilisation of Auditorium - Rs 50,000


(b]Utilisation of Lawn adjacent to Auditorium (catering services) - Rs 10,000
(c)Utilisation of LT-4 - Rs 5,000

2. Aformal communication willbe made to Estate Officer before conducting


of CME's/Workshops/Conferences/awareness programmes of nature as
mentioned at para 2(a) and appropriate measures will be initiated to deposit
money with Finance department in advance. Approval of such events will be
given by Executive Director & CE0, AIIMS Bhopal.

3. In case the CME's/Workshops/Conferences/awareness programmes of


State/National/ International level is conducted and sponsorship from
private partner as well as money authorised for the event is also demanded
from institute, Finance Department will deduct the anount as mentioned at
para 1-(a), (b) &(c) before releasing the money.
This is issued with the approval of Executive Director &% CEO, AIIMS Bhopal.
