OBJECTIVE 6

As a teacher it is very important to create an environment that is responsive to the

community context, deep understanding about the values, cultural norms and
beliefs of the community to cater and address the diverse needs of the student. To
achieve this, I will be conducting a community assessment and building a strong
relationship between the student and community, involving them in the
development of the curriculum. I will integrate the local context into real-life
applications by incorporating culturally relevant content. Another practice that
contributes to the improvement of the community is organizing parent-teacher
conferences and workshops to inform parents about their children's progress and
provide them with resources to support their learning at home. This approach helps
to create a collaborative learning environment and strengthens the relationship
between the school and community. By integrating this strategy, I can create more
effective learning experiences and a better version of every student.

As a teacher, it is very important to be well informed about the existing laws and
regulations in the code of ethics for professional teachers. These laws provide
guidelines for professional conduct, students’ rights, and ethical responsibilities. I
always abide by the saying of John Dewey, “Learning is a continuous process “.
As a teacher, I won’t stop learning. I seek feedback from my fellow mentors,
supervisors, and parents to be principled enough and to be a good example to my
student. I also reflect on the teaching and the experiences to identify the areas that
need improvement and incorporate them into the learning process. Additionally, as
a teacher I should adhere to the code of ethics for professional teachers, which
outlines the ethical and professional standards that the teachers are expected to
uphold. The code covers such integrity, professionalism, fairness, respect, and
responsibility. Through this I gain a lot of knowledge and skills by taking all their
advice and constructive criticism to develop my teaching practice in accordance
with the code of ethics for professional teachers.
OBJECTIVE 8

Exhibit a caring attitude, respect and integrity. I abide on the saying. “Don’t do
unto others if you don’t want others do unto you. As a teacher I will fostering a
caring attitude, respect and integrity toward my students to build a positive
classroom that values kindness and compassion. I always teach them to be
respectful because everyone deserves to be respected. In demonstrating a caring
attitude, I have the time to get to know my students and providing encouragement
as needed. I treat them also with dignity, respecting their ideas and opinions and
giving credits those individual who did their part as a good citizen of the
community. As a teacher also it is important to be transparent and honest when
interacting with parents and other education stakeholder, showing respect by
