 Perceptual barriers: Different perspectives or bias can influence how people

c. Non-verbal communication:
Refers to the transmission of messages without use of words. This form of
communication involves body language , facial expressions, gestures, posture and eye
contact .etc. For example non-verbal communication is used in public speaking where
as speakers use hand gestures to emphasize points , maintain eye contact to engage the
audience, and adjust their tone convey enthusiasm.
