PART I. ENTRANCE

VOICE OVER:

Ladies, gentlemen, and heavenly beings in every form and cosmic realm.

We address you all for who you truly are: stars, moons, suns, constellations, comets, and galaxies,
to each their own wonder.

We welcome you as we dazzle together, crafting a universe of celestial beauty.

Together with ethereal bodies, from Faculties and Guest, Grade 9 and Grade 10 Students

2nd Gawad Naghaya and MAPEH Culminating Activity: UNDER the UNIVERSE 2025

FRANCHESCA:
It's the First Friday of March which means that our most awaited night is finally here! How are you
feeling right now, Jacob?

JACOB:
Well, I feel a huge wave of thrill and delight, just by seeing our radiant students, faculty, and staff
with their best dresses and suits!

FRANCHESCA:
I co-sign everything that you've just said, partner. What a glittering assemblage. It felt as though I'm
stargazing as they walked on the red carpet.

JACOB:
Indeed, this is a visual feast for the eyes. They all look like they came straight out of heaven!

FRANCHESCA:
I agree, partner! It makes me wonder which heavenly beauties will reign over tonight's universe. Or
rather, who will be hailed as the New King and Queen of Universe 2025?

JACOB:
Not to mention the numerous special awards! I can’t wait to witness who will be announced as those
who stood out from the crowd.

FRANCHESCA:
We are all excited for that, but before we unveil more of the divine, I invite everyone to rise and offer
homage to the heavens, followed by the singing of the VMUF Hymn.
PART II. GALA NIGHT PROPER
DAVE:
To cue in the beginning of tonight’s celestial tale, may I call in the charismatic and ever-driven
principal of VMSHS, Dr. Gerry G. Abenilla. A warm round of applause, please!

ALYSSA:
Thank you so much for that captivating message, sir. Can I hear another round of applause for our
dynamic school principal?

DAVE:
In a moment, we will all witness the turning over of the Key of Responsibility. Carrying the Key of
Responsibility unlocks a path of duties and dedication to the Grade 11 students, where protecting
our school's legacy and upholding its honor become their guiding stars.

ALYSSA:
With that, I call forth two astonishing young women of compassion and grace, Ms. Angela Rose
Calugay, the School Student Council President, as she bestows the Key of Responsibility to Ms.
Ealyannah Jeane Castro, the School Student Council President- Elect.

Partner, you know, seeing these glamorous people we have here tonight lets me relive the time

Oh! I do too, partner. This divine venue and the aura of our students right here makes me take a trip
down memory lane.

DAVE:
It's amazing how swiftly time flies. The excitement and anticipation we feel tonight are reminiscent of
the energy of our youth.

ALYSSA:
I agree, partner. Amidst our academic journeys, it's moments like these that remind us to savor
every joyous occasion.

DAVE: And for that, let us pull up a chair and let the Grade 11 and Grade 12 class enthrall us with
the Cotillion De Honor.
Let us give them a resounding applause.

Thank you so much for that enticing performance, Grades 11 and 12! That was such a marvelous
performance. It's as though the stars themselves have descended to dance among us.

ALYSSA:
Well, you know what they say, “the brightest stars are those who shine for others.” In a moment, we
will have another shining moment for the candle-lighting ceremony.

DAVE:
The lighting of candle during a Junior and Senior Night Prom signifies the turning over of
responsibility of the seniors to the juniors as light for the lower year levels. It is also the idea to keep
the flame burning in guidance towards love and compassion for the next generation.

ALYSSA:
Let us feast our eyes and ears as our dear students light their candles and sing 'I See The Light,'
from the Tangled soundtrack."

PART III. DANCE
ALYSSA:
I don’t think I have ever seen something that left me wonderstruck as that from my past experience
of Senior High Night.

DAVE:
Talk about that lighting of so many candles, tonight’s becoming more and more magical by the
minute.

ALYSSA:
Yes, and really an IG reel material as our dear students call it. I believe they are really indulging the
occasion.

DAVE:
We have a lot more in store for you! But before that, as tonight’s dinner is served by our hard-
working crew, VMUF SHS’s very own band club shall serenade us with a flabbergasting
performance.

ALYSSA:

ALYSSA:
A while ago, we beheld as everyone walked in beauty, grace, and happy manners.

DAVE:
Now it’s time to formally introduce our distinguished panel of judges. May we call in Sir John Lloyd
Navarro to introduce our first judge.

LLOYD:
Our first judge is a Teacher III at Pangasinan National High School and the Grade 10 Curriculum
Chair. With a background in Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Physical Science from
Pangasinan State University Bayambang Campus and a Doctor of Philosophy Major in Science
from Lyceum North-Western University, she

has been recognized as an Outstanding Teacher in 2020, 2022, and 2023. Our first judge is Ms.
Aliza Marie S. Castillo. A round of applause please.

DAVE:
Our second judge graduated with distinction from Pangasinan State University Bayambang Campus
with a Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Filipino. His active involvement as the
Tagapangasiwa of KAPISANANG SULO NG DIWA showcases their leadership skills and dedication
to education. Let us welcome Mr. Daryl Gwen Manuel Valdez.

ALYSSA:
Last but certainly not least, our third judge is a proud graduate of Pangasinan State University San
Carlos Campus with a degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Filipino. His
achievements as a Performing Artist Awardee and his leadership roles in various organizations
highlight his passion for excellence in education. A round of applause for Mr. Justin Ralph C.
Velasquez.

DAVE:
