a) Whether UWEZO has violated the right to freedom from denial of liberty of JEILEDI and
MATRA
b) Whether UWEZO has violated relevant human rights treaties by failing to protect the rights
of JEILEDI and MATRA;
c) Whether Sections 10 and 11 of the Criminal Procedure Code are unconstitutional and in
contravention of the human rights treaties that UWEZO has ratified.
4.0 ARGUMENTS ADVANCED [7 PAGES]

1. That UWEZO has violated the right to freedom from denial of liberty of JEILEDI and
MATRA;
2. That UWEZO has violated relevant human rights treaties by failing to protect the rights
of JEILEDI and MATRA;
3. That Sections 10 and 11 of the Criminal Procedure Code are unconstitutional and in
contravention of the human rights treaties that UWEZO has ratified.
For the respondent Memorial write the below;
1. That UWEZO did not violate the right to freedom from denial of liberty of JEILEDI
and MATRA;
2. That UWEZO did not violate relevant human rights treaties and didn’t fail to protect
the rights of JEILEDI and MATRA;
3. That Sections 10 and 11 of the Criminal Procedure Code are not unconstitutional
and in contravention of the human rights treaties that UWEZO has ratified.
