change current direction: 1200 N, 1300 SE. In WP66 vsl pass Power Cables (vertical clearance is 64m)

OOW / LOOKOUT (if required), HELMSMAN, MASTER / E/R MANNED FROM 08:00 TO 17:00; DURING
MANEUVERING - ALL TIME.

6. Position FixingMethods and Frequency (note at least two independentmethods should be used)

VISUAL BEARINGS, RADAR BEARING AND DISTANCE, PI, ECDIS MANUAL FIX POSITION. GPS. OPEN SEA
(HOURLY); COASTAL WATERS (EVERY 30 MIN); RESTRICTED WATERS (EVERY 20 MIN); PORT ARR / DEP
(EVERY 6 MIN).
