Application For Interim Custody Of The Minor Baby i.e. Vaani

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the above captioned matter is for adjudication before this Hon’ble
Court on 17th November, 2022.
2. That the Hon’ble Court passed an Interim Order for custody of the
minor baby i.e. Vaani to her mother for a day from 10.00 A.M. to 04.00
P.M. on every 10th of each month upto the disposal of the petition.
3. That in execution of said interim custody orders the respondent is to
give custody of minor child i.e. Vaani to her mother accordingly.
4. That the respondent is declared as Ex-parte in the present case as well
as non bailable warrants are issued against the respondent and her
mother also from another Court. The mother of the respondent is
arrested by the concern Police and there is no where about of
respondent i.e. father of minor child. There is no other person of family
who resides with respondent except his mother.
5. That in absence of the respondent, it is serious matter to deliver the
custody to any other person, who is just a known of the respondent not
in blood relation. The applicant/petitioner undertakes to deliver the
custody of the minor child i.e. Vaani to father in case the Hon’ble Court
pass directions accordingly.
6. That if the custody of the child be given to any other person, who is
neither relative nor in any kind of blood relation with respondent then
the applicant/petitioner is having apprehension of mis-happening.

PRAYER
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the interim custody of the
minor child i.e. Vaani be given to the mother up to the respondent
appears to receive the minor child in the interest of justice.
