Skills Assessment Tool

The Skills Assessment Tool evaluates your SMART SKILLS, helping you
understand your ability to work effectively in collaborative environments,
manage relationships, and adapt to social dynamics in the workplace. Using
this tool, you can identify your strengths and areas for development.
The Torrens SMART SKILLS Framework (TSSF) consists of the following six skills:

1. Emotional resilience
2. Learning agility
3. Productivity
4. Working well with others
5. Awareness of organisational structure and
culture
6. Social and cultural awareness,
responsibility and inclusivity

Please refer to the Smart skills guide student version 2 for more detailed
information.
The Skills Assessment Tool has six sections:

1. Emotional resilience
2. Learning agility
3. Productivity
4. Working well with others
5. Awareness of organisational structure and culture
6. Social and cultural awareness, responsibility and inclusivity.

Each section allows you to self-assess your SMART SKILLS. You will rate
statements on a scale from 1 to 5, where:

1 = Strongly Disagree
2 = Disagree
3 = Neutral
4 = Agree
5 = Strongly Agree

Please set aside at least one hour to complete the Skills Assessment.

Read each statement carefully and select the response that best reflects
your level of agreement.

If you cannot finish the Skills Assessment in one sitting, your results will
automatically save up to the point you completed. However, once you reach
the results page, you cannot go back to redo any section.

After completing the Skills Assessment, you can access a PDF copy of your
results. It is important to complete all six sections to obtain your results. You
must submit this PDF copy as part of Assessment 1. For more details, please
refer to the Assessment 1 brief in MyLearn.
