ACTIVITY # 12

In My Teens

Thoughts about relationships:

- Relationships are built on trust, communication, and mutual respect. Whether it's friendship, family,
or romantic relationships, understanding and supporting each other is key. Every relationship
requires effort, patience, and compromise to grow stronger. While love and connection bring
happiness, challenges are also a natural part of any relationship. The important thing is to learn,
grow, and surround yourself with people who bring out the best in you.

Experiences I’ve found most valuable or satisfying:

- The experiences I’ve found most valuable or satisfying are those that have helped me grow as a
person. Moments of learning, whether through success or failure, have shaped who I am today.
Meaningful connections with family and friends, achieving personal goals, and overcoming
challenges have given me a sense of fulfillment. Traveling, helping others, and trying new things
have also brought joy and valuable lessons. The most satisfying experiences are those that leave a
lasting impact and make life more meaningful.

What I value now:

- are the things that bring me happiness, growth, and peace. I appreciate genuine relationships with
family and friends, personal growth through learning and experiences, and good health. Time has
also become more important to me. I value spending it wisely on meaningful activities rather than
wasting it on negativity. Stability, kindness, and self-improvement are things I prioritize, as well as
being surrounded by people who support and uplift me.

My family plans and goals:

- My family plans and goals focus on creating a happy, stable, and supportive environment. I aim to
strengthen our bond by spending quality time together, communicating openly, and supporting each
other’s dreams. Financial stability is also a priority, ensuring a secure future for everyone.
Education and personal growth are important, so I encourage continuous learning and
self-improvement. Lastly, I want to instill good values, such as kindness, respect, and resilience, so
that my family can lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Important decisions I must make:

- choosing the right career path that aligns with my passion and provides financial stability. I also
need to decide how to manage my time effectively between work, family, and personal growth.
Financial planning, such as saving for the future and making smart investments, is another key
decision. Additionally, I must consider my health and well-being by maintaining a balanced
lifestyle. Lastly, making choices about relationships who to trust, how to maintain meaningful
connections, and setting personal boundaries will impact my happiness and success in life.

How I spend my time:

- balancing work, family, and personal growth. A significant portion goes into studying or working to
achieve my goals. I also make time for my family and loved ones, ensuring I strengthen my
relationships. In my free time, I enjoy hobbies that help me relax and improve myself, such as
reading, exercising, or learning new skills. I also set aside moments for rest and reflection to
maintain my mental and emotional well-being. Managing my time wisely helps me stay productive
and fulfilled.

When I’m sad, I:
- I take time to process my feelings and find ways to cope. Sometimes, I talk to someone I trust, like a
friend or family member, to share my thoughts and feel supported. Other times, I prefer to be alone
and engage in activities that help me feel better, like listening to music, watching a movie, or
writing down my thoughts. If I need a distraction, I may go for a walk or do something creative. I
remind myself that sadness is temporary and that things will get better with time.

When I’m happy, I:

- I enjoy the moment and appreciate the good things in my life. I like to share my happiness with
others by smiling, laughing, or spending time with family and friends. Sometimes, I celebrate by
doing something fun, like listening to my favorite music, eating good food, or engaging in hobbies I
love. I also try to spread positivity by encouraging others or expressing gratitude for what makes me
happy. Happiness motivates me to keep going and enjoy life’s little moments.

I’m thankful of:

- I'm thankful for my family, friends, and the people who support me. I'm grateful for the
opportunities I have, the lessons I've learned, and the experiences that have shaped me. I appreciate
my health, my home, and the simple joys in life. I'm also thankful for the challenges that have made
me stronger and the moments of happiness that bring me peace.
