All right. I’m back around 7:30 like I said. I’m going to try to give this a shot
here and till I feel if I’m not feeling it, then I’ll just come back to it tomorrow
but we’ll see. I’m going to take a crack and I will keep you posted. All right, so
I’m back. It took me a little bit longer than I expected because I really rewrote
a lot of the product section, but I did some cool stuff. This is looking long as
fuck, but it is what it is, but it’s pretty cool.

Keeping the name as the 1-2-3 Keto System or the 1-2-3 Easy Keto System or
the 1-2-3 Fast Keto System, I’ll figure it out. Step 1 is enter ketosis fast. It lasts
7 days, getting you into a state of fat-burning ketosis while avoiding sugar and
carb withdrawal - some spell it withdrawal with an l but I’m going to Google
this but I’m going to be wrong the entire time. So we call that The Failproof
Keto Quick Start Guide; shows them how they slowly phase out carbs. Now
the strategic, you lose a ton of weight. Basically, you could go into ketosis
already, but you still lose a ton of weight fast even in 24 hours. Here’s why. It’s
mapped out for you. I give them sample foods. Yummy.

Step 2 is cool. What I like about step 2 is that I tell them how long that lasts but
also, this is where I came in with the craving transference theory component
and I like what I did there. I think it’s going to stick, basically. It sounds fancy;
it’s actually very simple. “Craving transference theory is the idea that the best
thing to do when you’re craving something bad is to replace it with something
good. But then this only works when the “good” thing is something you
actually want. That way making a good decision becomes easy and feels like

a reward.” Pretty simple, right?

Pretty simple, right? You’re transferring your cravings... Pretty simple, right?
And let me show you exactly how it works in practice. So we went back to
basically remind them of the green bean thing and the sweets. I show them this
brownie and I found really nice pictures of keto treats and sweets. Basically,
“Oh, it’s not like you’re thinking of the brownie. In fact, you’re thinking about
this more” or whatever. Well, “that’s the power of craving transference. It tricks
your brain into thinking you’re being naughty, even though you’re actually being
nice by avoiding sugars and carbs. Now this doesn’t just work for desserts,
picture a slice of pizza.” By the way, I tried to find a meal if we’re looking a
slice of pizza, I tried to find a meal if we’re looking brownie. Every time I see
this one, I get so hungry, which is hopefully what other people are going to
feel like, too. This looks good, too because I had shrimp for dinner and then
the sauce on this looks really good. Basically, the same thing. “The pizza is
not keto friendly but” the other things are. You had the same reaction, which
means you can do great and there’s the specifics. Basically, they’re hand-
selected using craving transference theory.

Danielle has made things really easy. I give some examples that also comes
with. Then Step 3 which by the way, [inaudible 00:04:23] copy. Staying Keto-
On-the-Go. In addition, you get these things then we are going to look at the
close. So I’m going to do the close probably in 2 hours tomorrow which is my
goal. I’ll probably use a lot of my FAQs.That’s where we’re at. So it’s what an
hour and a half from 7:30-ish to 9:00 and I’m on to the close.

I know what you’re thinking, I’ll tell you right now. Without the FAQs, it’ll probably
be 11,500 to 12,000 words; with the FAQs, it’ll probably be closer to 12,500 to
13,000 words and you’re thinking “Well, that’s too fucking long, Stefan,” and
you’re right. I haven’t even had in a test, section about the test with the five
questions so I totally get it. But here’s the thing, like I keep saying, it’s hard
right now because I’m like, “Man, I feel like everything’s really good.” On one
hand, it’s however long you need to sell it, so it’d be great to test this super
long-ass fuck version. I was actually good with this part so I’m not going to
cut that that much. I mean, hardly cut it at all it’s 200 words. Oh, that’s very
long hiding from myself. This is all just stuff that was from the brief, I just

wanted to make it easier for myself. Now we’re closer to 12,000 words total
and I’m killing it.

So I’ll try to get to this early in the morning. I maybe already had a close from
before, but that close before I was trying to do is super Facebook compliant
shit and I’ll get more emotional on this one with the close and I have got to
change stuff here. Maybe I’ll just swipe along the close, actually when I’m
looking at it. I’ll probably use some parts of this close. Initially, I formatted
the original for a tech sales letter, but then here I’m going to do it as a VSL
instead. There’s still some formatting, but for the most part it’s more like
[00:07:35 inaudible] and stuff like that. I’d probably use some of the close
again and the closes are super formulaic anyway, just to remind you. It looks
like my close on this is long.

We already did the product details, what’s included. Other alternatives, why
they’re so great and why they suck, value of the product. Pills, lapband,
Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig, all this kind of stuff. Testimonials would be good.
How do you use the product? We don’t need that, really. I don’t have that.
Scarcity, we’ll figure some scarcity for it. Personal mission, price justification
and reveal, solutions is better, smart people buy, call-to-action. Smart people
buy more is good for an intro, but it’s not really relevant here so that’s good. There
are bonuses here, actually here probably. First call-to-action, what happens
after you click the button, bonuses, guarantee, call-to-action, emotional close,
urgency. More emotion, [00:08:56 inaudible] we’re talking about.

I’m going to take stuff from the research module when I do this. Victories, I
would love to use these as testimonials, too to see just how good it’s going to
feel when that hateful voice in your head, that doubtful voice has gone. You
might get annoyed because you have to keep buying new clothes, but it’s so
fun having different choices of skinny jeans these days, all that kind of stuff.
Fit in the cinema seat, no more cravings, discomfort in hips is gone.

Yo, I’m back. I finished it. I figured why not; I had parts of the close I could
reuse, I remembered some stuff. The close is very formulaic and with the
FAQs, we’re at 12,064 words. Tomorrow, I’ll probably cut stuff. I wonder if I’m
going to add the test. I’ll probably read through it tomorrow. I’ll try and do it on
camera. It’s annoying reading through saying I’m going to cut a lot of it, but
I’m trying to show you the whole process so it makes sense. Anyway, I’ll do a
little formatting tomorrow, too [00:10:58 inaudible] for you. But hey, finished
the draft.

Yes, I had a little copy already. It really is a 90%, 93% rewrite, 95% rewrite,
but even so I’m feeling pretty good because I started I think on Saturday,
and for argument’s sake, this isn’t perfect. 2 hours on Saturday, w hours on
Sunday. I’m going to do the tally later, but that’s 4 hours. I probably spent 12
hours on this, 15 hours on this from coming up with a whole new hook, angle,
everything for 15 hours. I think by the time I’m done, it will definitely have
taken me less than 20 hours, which means in theory, in a 40-hour work week,
if I had nothing else to do, I could do two of these a week, which going back to
when people were like, “Hey Stefan, how are you able to write fucking 8 to 12
of these things a month for a while?” I told you guys, this is fucking how and
honestly, it’s all about that system.

Dude, imagine, this one’s fucking long. I don’t know, I just got carried away and
a little rusty. I think part of it, too is because it’s an info product so supplements
is a lot easier. If this was a supplement offer, it’d be 9,000 or 10,000 words
right now and it’d be easier to cut. But I think when it’s an info product, I want
to say so much shit and I used to kill it in info products, but that’s obviously
different and obviously, it’s just different than supplements.

So I’ll look through it tomorrow, but I overall like what’s going on here. I’m
excited to share with you this really long-ass version, I might drink a lot of tea
and then we’ll go from there. I want to cut and read a little, see what works,
