I. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The total contract is ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P
1,1,000,000.00)only
The schedule of payment shall be as follows:
A. Down payment = 30% of the contract amount
B. Monthly = 300k
II. ) SITE CLEARING
The project site should be demolished and cleared of debris and other undesirable
matter to a suitable subgrade condition.
LAYOUT AND STAKING
The building lines and grades as shown in the drawing shall be established before
and excavation is to be started.
Batter boards and reference marks shall be erected in areas where they are not an
obstruction when excavation works take place.
C. EXCAVATION WORKS
All excavation to be done shall be at the depth indicated in the drawing.
D. BACKFILLING AND COMPACTION
Backfilling works shall be done only when all concrete foundation members are
cured enough to withstand soil pressure resulting from this.
III.) STRUCTURAL WORKS
CONCRETE WORKS
Concreting of all structural members such as footing columns, tie beams, floor slabs,
lintel beams, and foot beams as required.
B. REINFORCING STEEL WORKS
Fabrication and installation of required reinforcing steel bars for all above-mentioned
reinforced concrete structural members, set to be specified and elevated. Details
and schedule of reinforcing bars shall be as specified in the plans.

C. FORMWORKS AND SCAFFOLDINGS
Fabrication and installation of the form and scaffolding are set to their proper
alignment and elevation in connection with the concreting of all reinforced concrete
structural members as required by the plans.
½ ½-thick phenolic on 2x2 lumber and ½-thick steel tubing for scaffolding for all
required form and frame, respectively, for column and roof beam.
D. MANSORY WORKS
CHB laying all exterior walls, as required, including reinforcement, in areas specified
in the plans.

CHB reinforcement shall be 10 mm in diameter; deformed bars shall be .80mm and
.60mm on center for vertical and horizontal spacing.

PLASTERING WORKS
Plastering of all walls is required from floor to ceiling.
Plain cement plastered finishes shall be plain and smooth.
E. ROOF FRAMING WORKS
Construction of structural roof framing for the main roof as required by the plan. See
plans for details.
