Option
To raise any order for GPS and FASTag, Need
to click on Create Request option.
Choose right GPS plan
for the operator
• Here you can see multiple GPS plans.
• For an Example -
➢ 1 Year GPS plan with Relay
➢ 1 Year Combo Upgrade (Free Relay)
➢ 1 Year GPS plan
➢ 1 Year GPS – Sim Change
• Need to choose the right plan for the operator.
Important : Combo GPS Upgrade Order – Free Relay
• If you want to activate upgrade combo GPS plan (Free Relay), Need to select
Combo Upgrade (Free Relay) Plan for the operator.
• If you select wrong plan, in that case operator will not get free relay on that
GPS plan.
• In that case No CN will be generated from the Finance team.

If data not found from Vahan
Portal
• If data is not getting from Vahan portal through last 5
digits of chassis number, then Full chassis number
would be mandate.
• If the Vehicle get automatically verified
from Vahan Portal. No need to upload
vehicle documents in that case.
If any vehicle does not
support any service
• If any vehicle is blacklisted or any plan
not support for the vehicle, then you
will be visible error like this.
• In that case you need to change the
plan, or you can delete the vehicle
from the order.
How to change the

• You can change plan for the operator
from this page.
• No need to go back to raise a new
order.

this code to connect with the installer
• Search this WE code in search user tab
to getting installer contact details

Things to be remember
• If a vehicle with the same chassis number already exists error. (Ask SE to call SE helpline and update vehicle/chassis)
• SE does not need to wait for the KYC team to verify KYC. He can save and exit.
• Always check the final amount.
• Token can be paid from both THOR and Operator App.
• Do not pay GPS payment through custom payment option.
• Token can be paid via operator one wallet for GPS. Previously only FASTag payment was allowed from wallet.
• After the token payment order will move from pre order to post order.
• In case order cancelled – Token payment credited into operator wallet only. Try to make token payments through operator.
• AIS pricing will remain the same as before. No change in AIS pricing.
• If you raise the order for GPS + FT separately, no CN will be given. for raising combo order, select combo package (vc4/non Vc4)
• In the upgrade order - SE needs to add a vehicle, post that he needs to select the change plan option to choose upgrade order plan.
• For MFO Discount – RH Approval required for MFO discount, Need to fill MFO Discount form by RH.
