T-Mobile offers a generous paid time off (PTO) benefit to all full-time and part-time
employees to use for time away from work for absences due to illness, vacation, religious
observance, and other personal reasons. In recent years some locations (states, counties, or
cities) have passed legislation mandating specific paid sick and safe leave requirements for
employees. In most cases T-Mobile’s PTO benefit exceeds the amount of annual accruals
and year-end carryover required under sick & safe leave laws.
