SHIELD INVESTIGATION AND SECURITY SERVICES
1. GST applicable as per norms
2. The proposal is based on the Present State Minimum Wage structure of Tamil Nadu as on
April’24. During the validity period of the proposal or during contract any minimum wages /
statutory increases shall be reimbursed to
SHIELD INVESTIGATION AND SECURITY SERVICES along with management fees &
service taxes whether retrospective or prospective in nature.
SHIELD INVESTIGATION AND SECURITY SERVICES shall bill the same as soon as it
comes into effect as per Govt. Notifications.
3. Payment Terms : 10 days from the date of receipt of bill.
4. The contract shall be awarded for minimum one year.
5. Mobilization of Manpower will be done within 15 days in a phased manner from the date of
the signed Agreement / LOI.
6. Any service rendered beyond stipulated time shall be applicable for overtime as per the
statutes. Minimum wage changes will affect OT rates.
7. Any sort of background verifications, medical check-ups, vaccinations will be additional and
will be billed on actuals plus management fees.
8. Either party shall be entitled to terminate the agreement by giving of the other party a written
notice of 30 days prior to the date on which it intends to terminate the agreement. In case of
termination of contract by either party within this period.
