your only truck and negotiate the Rates with the Brokers on behalf of your Company. He will
Sends you the Load options. If you Like the load option just let him know that you want to
Book this one He Will Go ahead do all the paper work and Book the Load for you. If you
don’t like it just say No. he will look other options for you. Because we don’t do Force
Dispatch.
Imp: Let’s say if you see a load option over the Board for $1000. My Dispatcher will try to get
it for 1300 or $1400. He would try to negotiate every single $ from the Broker Pocket.
Because we are on Commission if you make more money we make money.
Here Comes the Best part we don’t bind you in any kind of Contract or asks you to submit
any upfront Charges will simply provide you the load options if you like that you are making
money any ways.

In the Meantime while you are doing load we just booked the dispatcher will start looking the
backhaul option or next option. So that you don't have to sit and wait for the Next load. You
dropped the load and now you the next load you just go head and pick the next load.
