1) Relevant process control work experience

Any experience in the construction industry:

During my internship in Medtronic as a control engineer,I contributed to the

development of robotic-assisted surgical devices, focusing on precision control
algorithms. I used programming languages such as C++ and Python, I designed and
implemented advanced motion control software to improve the accuracy of robotic
movements during complex surgical procedures.

For example One specific project involved optimizing the PID (Proportional-Integral-
Derivative) control loops to ensure minimal delay and maximum responsiveness in real-
time environments. I collaborated with hardware engineers and clinical researchers to
integrate these algorithms into the robotic system, ensuring compliance with strict
medical safety standards. I also conducted extensive system testing and validation,
documenting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement. This role
required a balance of technical knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and an
understanding of end-user needs in the healthcare domain.

At AzerCosmos, I worked as part of the national satellite operations team, focusing on

telemetry and control systems for geostationary satellites. My primary responsibility
was to design and optimize trajectory management systems and develop algorithms for
orbital adjustments. Using MATLAB and C++, I created simulation models to predict
satellite behavior under various conditions,

My main role was monitoring satellite telemetry data to detect anomalies and propose
corrective measures. I also worked on designing data pipelines for real-time telemetry
processing, which allowed the team to make timely decisions regarding satellite
operations.

At BP, I worked in the oil and gas sector, focusing on automation and process
optimization for industrial facilities. My work revolved around PLC (Programmable Logic
Controller) programming and system integration, specifically using Siemens S7 and
Allen-Bradley platforms. I was involved in implementing advanced control algorithms
for equipment such as pumps and compressors to optimize their operational efficiency.

One of my key projects was designing a control system for a gas processing plant,
where I implemented a PID-based control loop to regulate pressure and flow within safe
limits. I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot system issues during
[Link] work also involved developing HMI (Human-Machine Interface)
applications for operators, making the control systems user-friendly and efficient.
For construction,

During my internship at Norm Cement, Azerbaijan’s largest cement manufacturer, I

gained hands-on experience with industrial automation in a high-demand production
environment. I worked on automating material handling processes, utilizing SCADA
systems to monitor and control operations remotely. My responsibilities included
programming PLCs to regulate conveyor systems and optimizing their performance to
minimize downtime.

I also participated in the design and testing of automated quality control systems,
ensuring consistent product standards. By working closely with engineers and
technicians, I gained insights into the challenges of maintaining efficiency in a heavy
industrial setting. This experience provided a solid foundation in process control and
taught me the importance of safety and reliability in construction-related industries.
