Important scheduling reminders:
● The rehearsal schedule is subject to change.
● Scheduling conflicts will not be considered in the final two weeks of rehearsal/shows, Sept. 16-29, as those dates
are mandatory for all cast and crew members. You MUST be present for these tech rehearsals and
performances. Absences at this point in the process require special permission from the Director.
● Please join our Goole Classroom, Google Chat, and check email frequently for updates.
● Please remind Mrs. Posey if you will miss rehearsal for a previously scheduled conflict, even if it was listed on
audition form.
● Valid reasons to be absent from rehearsal: severe or contagious illness, COVID quarantine, injury, family
emergency, or a conflict to which Mrs. Posey has agreed ahead of time.
● If you are sick or have to miss rehearsal unexpectedly, please notify Mrs. Posey ASAP by email, Google Chat, or
870-930-4930. Do not pass this information through a student stage manager or fellow cast member. Not
notifying Mrs. Posey of your absence counts as an unexcused absence. Two unexcused absences may result in
recasting.
● If a major conflict is revealed that keeps you from rehearsing, it may affect your ability to do the show or stay in
the part you have been cast. Director reserves the right to recast as necessary.
● Stage manager & assistant stage managers are called to all rehearsals.
