SPECIFICATIONS

Structure : RCC framed structure with Maha Cement or equivalent cement.

Walls : All external walls shall be with 9”and internal walls shall be with 4 ”1/2 red
brick or mortar with Maha or equivalent cement.

Plastering : Plastering of internal walls and ceiling shall be of cement motor with
Maha cement or equivalent.

Doors : Well-seasoned teakwood frame and door for main door and Internal
doors will be with well-seasoned TEAK WOOD with flush door or
moulded door of Eagle factory / Swastik/ or equivalent.

Windows : Upvc Window wintech or Saint Goben Glass equivalent.

Flooring : 2x 2 Vitrified tiles with 4’’ Skirting in all rooms. (Johns


on or equivalent) 1x 1 Ceramic tiles in balconies and Utility floor areas.

Electricals : Concealed copper wiring of HAVELLS or equivalent. Modu


lar switches in all rooms & kitchen. PowerPoint for AC in all bedrooms.

Bathrooms : Finolex/ Sudhakar Tiles dado upto 6’ Height. All C.P. fittings of
Jaquar or Hindware or equivalent make.

Kitchen Platform: Black Granite cooking platform and Citizen/Supreme /Jindal


or equivalent steel sink with glazed tiles dado of two feet high above
platform will be provided in the kitchen.

Kitchen utility : Water taps of Jaquar or Johnsons or equivalent make shall be provided
in the kitchen utility for washing area and for washing machine.
Painting : Internal walls and external walls with emulsion paint Asian/ Nerolac/Berger
or equivalent paint.

Lift : Lift of standard make (WHALI ELEVETORS/Kone or equivalent ) will be

Generator : ESCORTS or equivalent Generator will be provided for all common


areas staircase, lift and Water pumps .

Toilets and Accessories


& water Pipelines : Drainage and other pipelines SUDHAKAR and UPVC or Equivalent
pipes for drainage and other water supply pipelines.
