Location: Hyderabad (with focus on Lake View Airport Zone)


Reporting To: Managing Director / Operations Manager – Stay Blessed
Working Hours: Full-time | 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Salary: ₹30,000/month

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales & Development Manager who will lead the sales
strategy and daily occupancy management of Hotel Lake View – Airport Zone while actively
contributing to the growth of Stay Blessed Group through lead generation and product
innovation.

Key Responsibilities

 Achieve and maintain maximum daily room occupancy for Hotel Lake View & upcoming
Properties.

 Should be capable of independently managing and thoroughly optimizing all OTA (Online
Travel Agency) channels to drive explosive growth in visibility, bookings, and revenue.

 Proactively generate, connect with, and convert corporate leads, establishing long-term
client relationships to ensure consistent and high-potential business growth.

 Conduct strategic research, collaborate with internal teams to drive product innovation
and service enhancement, explore new business avenues, and advise the Managing
Director on growth opportunities and operational improvements. Build and manage a
high-performance sales team, ensure consistent achievement of KPIs, oversee client
relationship management, analyze market trends for new opportunities, and contribute
to pricing, promotions, and expansion strategies. Conduct market analysis to identify
new business opportunities and client requirements.

Requirements

 Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development within the


hospitality or corporate services sector.

 Deep understanding of OTA platforms.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

 Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

 Leadership qualities with a growth-oriented mindset.

 Must be based in or willing to work from Hyderabad.

Preferred Qualities

 Proven record in maximizing chain of hotels occupancy.

 Strong network within the corporate and hospitality domain.

 Knowledge of current hospitality and travel market trends.

 Passionate about developing innovative service solutions for corporate clients.
