Terms & Conditions:
1. Registration of the property is done only after 100% payment is received.
2. 10% cancellation charges are applicable on the total cost of the apartment (including amenities) in case of cancellation of the
booking.
3. TDS and GST paid will not be refunded.
4. Refund of the advance amount will be paid only after finding a substitute buyer for the said apartment and cancellation charges
will be deducted from the same.
5. Other terms and conditions applicable as per the Agreement of Sale.
