Fleet Street Global Investment Adviser LLP (“Fleet Street”) is a GIFT City, Gandhinagar based
investment advisory firm established in Dec 2020. Fleet Street is authorised to provide financial
services like investment advisory on stocks listed globally and marketing & distribution of mutual
funds. FGIA holds Certificate of registration as an Investment Adviser from International Financial
Services Centres Authority ("Fleet Street").

Fleet Street is part of White Oak Capital which is a group of investment management and investment
advisory firms owned by Prashant Khemka, former CIO and Lead Portfolio Manager of India Equity and
Global Emerging Markets Equity at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. It was established in 2017 with
the vision of building a performance centric organization with a strong investment culture. The group
have offices in major cities in India and in Singapore, Mauritius, London, Zurich, and Spain. White Oak
group currently manages approximately US$ 5.50 billion assets.

We are offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing global advisory business from Gift city
Gujarat. You will be given the opportunity to gain wide exposure in Indian and International financial
markets operations and an excellent chance for progression.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with advisory clients, external and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data
maintenance through various systems and platforms.
- Help advisory clients in monitoring & reviewing daily report including daily cash and position
reconciliation reports.
- Perform daily NAV review & monitor fund expense accruals
- Assist in due diligence questionnaire & regulatory report testing.
- Prepare periodic reports on fund valuation and performance returns.
- Monitor & help advisory clients in managing data on various platforms and website.
- Manage ad hoc projects whenever required.

Requirements

- A degree holder with 1-2 years of relevant working experience within an asset management
business, or from Big 4 or outsourced accounting services industry with experience specialising
funds/financial services industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Must be driven, responsible, proactive, meticulous, and detailed oriented.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a small team. Must be organised and able to
multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
- Must be flexible often dealing with ad-hoc queries from various stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, service providers, regulators, auditors and
senior management.
