Crew Adherence Report

Dear Colleagues,
We are inviting you to participate in our mission to enhance our safety culture within our company and ensure any
issues related to crew adherence are properly documented and handled by submitting CAR (Crew Adherence Report)
Form provided in Coruson platform and are require minimum once per month, yet more than once a month is
encouraged.

1. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):

• Checklist Reading: Checklist has the minimum items needed to operate the airplane safely, it is essential that
checklist is read, verified and responded to assist in safe and proper operation of the aircraft
• Seatbelt and Harness: Seat belt must be FASTENED at any time while the aircraft is in flight AND harness
must be worn during critical phase of flight or during taxi, take-off and landing below 10,000 feet AAL and
during periods of turbulence or anticipated turbulent conditions
• Sterile Cockpit: Ensure communication to and from the cockpit as well as communications within the cockpit
are restricted to safety and ops related comms to avoid distraction the flight crew from full attention to
aircraft operation and sterile cockpit procedures are adhered to during all critical phases of flight.
2. Discipline and Appearance:

• Uniform Standards: As representatives of our airline, it’s crucial that we adhere to the highest standards of
appearance by ensuring our uniform is clean, pressed, and comply with FCGM
• Punctuality: Discipline is a key component of our operation. Please ensure you sign on at the designated
time, allowing ample preparation for the flight.
• Exterior Inspection: The exterior inspection is a fundamental part of our pre-flight routine, ensure that
before each flight the airplane is satisfactory for the flight.

By reporting both adherence to procedures and any deviations, you play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment
to excellence. Every report not only helps us uphold safety but also acknowledges those who consistently went above
and beyond every single day to demonstrate our core values of professionalism and dedication.

THIS PROCESS IS DESIGNED TO CULTIVATE THE
REPORTING CULTURE WITHIN THE COMPANY, MAKING
SURE THAT ANY ISSUES RELATED TO CREW ADHERENCE
ARE PROPERLY DOCUMENTED AND HANDLED.

1. LOGIN TO CORUSON
Access the Coruson using your respective
department's login credentials. Via Apps or
[Link]

2. SELECT THE FORM


Find and select the "Crew Adherence
Report" from the list of form options.

3. COMPLETE THE FORM


Flight Number - Input the flight number.
A/C Registration - Enter the aircraft registration details.
Date of Flight - Provide the date on which the flight occurred.
Name of Reported Crew - Mention the name of the crew member being reported.
ID No. - Enter the identification number of the reported crew member.
Flight Phase - Check all that apply to the flight phase.
SOP Violation(s) - Mark all standard operating procedure violations that apply.
*Select “None” if the reported crew adhered to all SOPs and demonstrated
exemplary behavior to fellow crew members.
Additional Information - Fill in any other relevant details in the next part if
required.

4. SUBMIT THE FORM


The information you provide will be handled with the utmost confidentiality,
ensuring that privacy is maintained throughout the reporting process.
