GROUP S.P.ZOO, our Full Corporate Offer for the supply of used cooking oil order for a
period of 12 months based on the following terms and conditions:
Product: Used Cooking Oil for Biodiesel
Origin: Portugal
Order Per Month :3000 MT
Total volume of 18000 MT For a Period of 6 Months .
DELIVERY TERMS: CIF
AGREES ON PRICE OFFERING AS BELOW:
USED COOKING OIL= €700 EUR/MT
CURRENT ORDER=3000MT x €700= €2,100,000 Euro

Buyer Confirms Quote Buyer Provides LOI.
Seller Issues FCO
Buyer and Seller mutually agreed to terms, sign and exchange copies
Seller will supply the proforma invoice for the initial deposit,
Deposit is for the current contract and invoice
Seller Prepares shipment within 2 week and proceeds with shipment
For the first Shipment Buyer will buy 3000mt of used cooking oil for this first shipment
buyer will send a deposit of 30% of the total invoice
Value of the first and or initial order for the reservation of order ,procurement and logistics
to the sellers account
Seller ships products and provides scanned trucking bill of lading 50% of total invoice
value of goods shall be remitted to seller and balance 20% upon arrival of the goods at
buyers destination .
